Kixby

Fantastic boutique hotel. Extremely convenient and trendy decor. Definitely would stay there again!

This was a great hotel that made our vacation perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was dirty but not in front of the hotel. The hotel was always clean and warm.

The hotel itself has been newly renovated. I got a nice big room, with a very nice bed and the bathroom was super nice. Everything was really clean, and the room was tidied everyday. The staff was friendly and helpful. The one negative thing was that the room was quite noisy (I had a room on the 8th floor, to the back). Even if I turned off the AC, there was a kind of bouldering brown noise sound coming from outside. The hotel had a technician come look at it, and the closed the windows, but it still didn’t go away so I don’t think the windows are quite sound proof. Ao being earplugs - I slept well with those. I didn’t try the breakfast. There’s also a coffee machine in the room, but you have to walk to the 2nd floor to find water. Which was also free of charge and they provide a reusable water bottle which was nice. Location wise it’s perfectly located in Midtown with easy access to most places. Not sure if I’ll stay here again, mainly due to the noise in the room as I’m very sensitive to that and wanted to relax after a long day in bustling New York.

Quiet recently updated room. Nice location in midtown. Near Macy's, Times Square, theater district and public transit.

Great hotel and great location near Herald Square and Times Square. Inna at the front desk was terrific as was Anthony in engineering. But it was so loud, even on the 11th floor, that I could hardly sleep even with a noise maker and earplugs.

We would highly recommend the Kixby if staying in Manhattan! Our room was very clean and comfortable! Loved the updated features, bedding was white and clean, staff was friendly and very helpful! We would definitely stay here again while in NYC!

I very much enjoyed my stay here. The staff were all wonderful and the location was super convenient. Easy to walk to some major attractions and I felt safe in the hotel. Beautiful rooftop area with a view, and the room was spacious for nyc. I so appreciated the complimentary water bottle given at check in and the amazing customisable water fountain and coffee machine available to guests!

This is the second time we have stayed here and we are very happy! It is perfectly located to so many great things- MSG, restaurants, bars, etc. The service was wonderful. We will stay here every time we venture to the city.

We had a quick one night stay at the Kixby. Check in was quick and seamless and we had a surprise upgrade to our room! The elevator was quick to get to the 11th floor where we stayed. Our room was spacious and very clean. It was quiet too which helps in Manhattan! We would definitely stay here again. Photo pictured is of the extra room we got from our upgrade.
