Hilton Garden Inn New York Times Square South Reviews

Great location near Penn Station and Times Square. Room was very clean and comfortable. Do note there are a few homeless individuals near the entrance, but it didn’t affect my stay.

The location is very convenient, close to Times Square and empire building, only take 15-20 mins walk. The room does not provide water unless you are the member, but the convenient store is close

The hotel was okay. First morning the shower was not hot enough other days a little better, but still not great. I would expect better from a Hilton hotel. The location was great and the price was good.

The location of the hotel is great—very convenient for visiting nearby attractions. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, and I even found a clipped fingernail on the floor, which was quite unpleasant. I hope the hotel can improve its housekeeping standards.

This is the worst Hilton Garden Inn I have ever stayed in. We checked in yesterday at 9 pm and what follows is a nightmare. The hotel didn’t honor their request and the air conditioning system in the room was broke down and the hair dryer was also broke down. The deceptive front desk cut my telephone set connection to the front desk to prevent us from complaining to them. They don’t provide any amenities at all. They limit one toilet paper roll per stay. I had to physically come down to the desk 6 times to get basic amenities. The front desk were not honest about their housekeeping service requests as generally you have to go to the front desk and demand them to do the housekeeping for you at least 3 times for them to send a housekeeper. I would suggest avoid this property at all costs

Nice service, nice room, while I came earlier to the hotel and through the long time traveling from my country, the manager help to arrange and gave me the room earlier to get rest. Very warm service!

Air Canada cancelled my flight last minute due to adverse weather in ny but hotel can’t refund for me even with proofs

Overall, the hotel is good. Comparing hotels of this star rating with hotels in many Asian countries it's got lot of catching up.

The front desk seems like a part time person. Didn’t feel welcome and the girl at front desk didn’t really check the reason why my door card can’t open the door. But location is good and cozy room to stay.
