A true old money style hotel. The front desk and concierge service level is very high. Check-in was smooth and pleasant. I communicated with the concierge and booked the JG dinner next door. It's Trump's hotel, so I took some details. The room is not large, but it fully demonstrates the ”small but complete”. The open kitchen on the right side of the door is fully equipped with all kinds of cooking utensils. In addition to espresso and American cups, coffee cups are also prepared for take-out disposable cups. The bathroom is not big either. The bathroom supplies insist on using small packages for each guest. The towels are white and soft. The hardware is indeed a bit old, but it is well maintained and very clean. The SPA is comfortable and the night bed is professionally made. Downstairs is opposite Central Park. In winter, there is not much scenery except taking a carriage to stroll around. It should be beautiful when the cherry blossoms bloom in March!

Service was excellent befitting of a five star hotel. The letdown was breakfast service. There was a clear lack of staff in the dining room and an average menu.

The front desk service attitude is good. The guy at the door is enthusiastic and proactive. The location is good. The Metropolitan Museum is across Central Park. It takes 40 minutes to walk to Times Square and a few minutes to walk to the subway station. There is a gas stove in the room, but no kitchenware. You have to prepare your own food. There is a big supermarket across the street. The city view room we stayed in has excellent sound insulation. It is worth recommending

A Great hotel in NYC is hard to find if you are watching your dollars, this was a perfect choice, value, and experience. The hotel is beautiful, with service A+ and bar, breakfast offerings, and a great NY restaurant just next door. Will book again, and I'm a New Yorker!

The hotel is in an unbeatable location. There is a popular Italian restaurant, an ice cream shop, and a Starbucks downstairs. Across the street is the high-end Lincoln Center. A few minutes' walk will take you to banks, breakfast shops, and Target. It is also very close to Columbus Circle, and you can take the subway to various attractions. However, except for the lobby, the hotel looks like a high-end hotel. The decoration style of the corridor is weird, the room area is small, and the facilities are so simple that it is only at the level of home. Details include: the bathroom is so small that only one person can stand; there are no glasses in the room, whether it is drinking water or brushing teeth, they are all disposable paper cups. Fortunately, most of the time I walk in the city and just go back to the hotel to sleep. Anyway, I will not choose this hotel again next time.

The location is superb. There are various facilities in the nearby community, and there is a 24-hour Deli across the street, so you can buy food even if you arrive in the middle of the night. Very close to Central Park. The best choice for looking at schools and looking after children. The room is a bit small, but that's what it's like in the center of New York City

The location is more convenient and the surrounding environment is okay. The room was very small. At first, the window of the room faced the patio and it was dark. Later, it leaked and we changed to another room which was okay. The wifi was very poor and it was almost impossible to work.

Very clean, spacious, most staff were friendly and helpful but service at front desk and management team was poor - due to changing travel plans, we made 3 bookings with 2 room types Upon arrival, requested to stay in the same room type (asked for cheapest one, and to forfeit the expensive one to avoid changing rooms first 2 nights) and were told it was full the first night and can change from 2nd-4th night. Next day, told us there was a mix up with no apology and can only change the 3rd-4th night. Went along with it as that was the original booking. After the 3rd night in the small room, was asked to check out AGAIN for the 4th night purely because the hotel accidentally gave us the wrong room on the 3rd night and tried to make us change rooms again and we had a severely disabled person in the room. Got yelled at by the manager threatening to make us move if we don't move, ended up staying in the room given to us after much heated argument but received no apology Had also emailed them a week in advance to make arrangements for the disabled person, and there was no reply at all. Left a request at the reception to make the same arrangements, but when got into our room, none were made until repeated requests Overall, the team is never listening and always goes back on their word. Unreasonable management team. Highly do not recommend.

Although it was a hostel, privacy was ensured and it was comfortable to stay there. The front desk was open 24 hours a day and the staff were very helpful.
