SpringHill Suites by Marriott Hotels in New York

Great location close to Manhattan. Overall the experience was good. Comfortable bed, good views and decent continental breakfast. Only thing I did not like was the shower. There was no tub or at least a barrier blocking the showering area off from the rest of the bathroom. After showering this created a wet mess.

Clean, comfortable and good service. The location is close to the subway and is convenient to various attractions. Free drinks are provided at a fixed time in the afternoon. The breakfast is simple but good with hot and cold options.

The Samsung TV was very large and the king bed was comfortable. It was a newly opened hotel in 2024, so everything was clean. The room was equipped with a microwave, air conditioner, desk, refrigerator, iron, and coffee maker, which was convenient. The shower room was also clean and well-maintained. All the staff were friendly and explained things slowly when communication was not smooth.

The hotel located in a good location, in the middle of Manhattan, can go up & down the city within a day. The room is very small. We family of 3 stayed in a 2 twin beds room with only 2 small handcarry luggages. We can hear clearly whenever neighboods closed the door. Noise sensitive people would need re-consider. We stayed in the middle level of hotel, can see firewalk on 4 July, OneWorld trade & Statue of Liberty. Our room located at the end of corrider, they placed a clean up trolley near our room door blocking the way to lift everyday. Breakfast place is clean and staff cleanup promptly. The place always crowded and so we usually visited before 7:30am. The choice of food is limited but will offer different kinds of food everyday.

The hotel is in an excellent location, the service is excellent and timely. The shower gel rack in the bathroom fell off. After reporting it to the front desk, they immediately arranged for someone to repair it. The hotel also has good cleaning and a rich breakfast. If I go to New York again, I will definitely choose it as my first choice.

The room is quite large in New York at the same price. Generally speaking, it is very clean, only some long-term water stains on the bathroom table. The breakfast is quite satisfactory. The location is close to Union Square, and the night is quieter than the Chelsea area where I lived before. There is Good Morning Paris Bakery and a light food shop on the street next to it. Overall, more than expected, recommended!
