"Although the Ji Hotel is newly opened (right next to the north gate of Anhui University on Longhe Road), it was quite a pleasant experience. The staff were professional, enthusiastic, and very caring and considerate towards guests, making me feel warm and welcome. The hotel lobby was well-organized, and the rooms were particularly impressive (for example, the twin room I stayed in was neat, cozy, and fully functional), especially with its spacious counter and sofa – excellent! Additionally, the hotel has an underground parking garage, and the staff mentioned there were plenty of spaces (I didn't go down to check myself since I didn't drive this time), which is a great feature for those traveling by car. Furthermore, the hotel breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at the Ji Hotel and gave it a 5-star rating!"

"This time, I was on a self-driving trip and found a hotel that just opened this year, a renovated old property. The facilities are great, and the service is excellent. Even though it was newly renovated, there was no smell. **Environment:** The parking is free and has two levels. It feels like a resort. Getting around is easy by just calling a taxi. You can drive directly to the lobby entrance. **Service:** They upgraded us for free to a higher floor. The soundproofing was great, and we even received a complimentary fruit platter. Deliveries are brought up to the room by staff or the delivery driver. If you have any issues, just call. **Facilities:** The room has a mini-fridge and a safe. **Hygiene:** I stayed for two consecutive days, and on the second day, the hair in the bathroom wasn't cleaned, which I think is unacceptable."

"Only one of only two nationwide! Newly opened! This is a recently opened hotel, the second of its kind in China. It's part of the IHG Zhuge brand, with its first location in Shanghai. This Hefei location is likely the second nationwide. Let's see what's going on! The hotel's location is pretty good, not far from the city center, on the south side of the South First Ring Road. The hotel has self-service check-in machines that are quite intelligent. You can actually do it entirely on your own; the process of reading your ID and making payment is very clear, and the room key is automatically generated. However, the staff will help guide you through the process. This feature is actually very efficient if used correctly. The hotel has about 19 floors. Breakfast is on the first floor, the gym is on the fourth floor, and floors 9-18 are likely hotel rooms. It's actually quite suitable for extended stays. There are self-service laundry rooms on each floor, which is really convenient. The gym is larger and more professional than I expected, with a full range of equipment. Besides many common machines, there are stair climbers, rowing machines, a boxing ring, and a yoga room. The environment is really nice. The room wasn't particularly spacious, but it was quite comfortable, and the overall style was very well-designed. Being relatively new, the stay was very pleasant. The staff were also excellent and professional. Qiaoqiao and Xiao'an, who handled check-in and check-out, were both very nice."

"It's a really great hotel! Even though I'm usually a lazy person and don't write reviews, I had to give it a good one. I've stayed in many hotels all over China, and this one has the best value for money. The location isn't too hard to find, and the decor is excellent—very new. There's not much noise at night. It feels like this hotel is aiming for a super five-star experience; they've converted the entire building into a hotel. It's definitely comparable to many five-star hotels. However, it's not very convenient to buy things near the hotel. I asked the front desk a lot of questions, and they answered them all patiently. They even recommended many places to visit and have fun nearby. The receptionist was beautiful and lovely! I stayed here for my birthday and received a birthday card drawn by Luna, which shows how much effort she puts into her work. (Part of this review is because of her great attitude.) I have to give her a shout-out! I'll definitely book with them again next time I'm in Hefei. However, it seems like not many people stay at this hotel. I hope everyone who sees this review won't hesitate to book here; you won't regret it! Anyway, it's a really great hotel, and I had a very happy trip!"
