New Hotels in Hefei

"We booked the Atwell in advance for our May Day family trip, and the stay was excellent. My family was very satisfied with the hotel's service, room design, and breakfast. The hotel breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options, blending local specialties with both Chinese and Western dishes. I especially loved the Gua Bao; they had two different flavors over our two-day stay, definitely a big thumbs up! The service was the most proactive, enthusiastic, and thoughtful I've experienced in a hotel in the past two years. On the afternoon of our second day, I was walking back to the hotel in a light rain, carrying some local specialties, when a staff member ran over with an umbrella to shelter me and escort me to the hotel entrance. I was very touched. The room's washbasin, shower, and toilet were all separated into three areas, which was very convenient. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hefei."

"The hotel has a great environment, it's like a resort village with accommodation and dining. We booked a suite, and the room was quite spacious and well-decorated. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety. What's really convenient is the free airport shuttle service, especially since it's close to the airport. It was still very quiet at night. "Very comfortable. Facilities: Excellent, just missing a vending machine for drinks. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Definitely a quiet haven in the bustling city center. It's very close to the Zhixin City commercial area and major affiliated hospitals. However, the private road leading to the hotel is very quiet. The surrounding transportation is very convenient, and Didi (ride-hailing) can drop you off directly at the hotel lobby entrance. Service: Very thoughtful."

"Full five-star highly recommend the hotel to stay this time, the overall experience far exceeds expectations, no matter the hardware environment or service details are impeccable, be sure to name and praise the staff Carrie! The check-in procedure was straightforward and there was no delay. Take the initiative to introduce the hotel's breakfast time, elevator and laundry room location, and also carefully recommend the surrounding food and transportation routes, and inform the small details of avoiding the pit one by one, very professional and careful. I temporarily proposed that I want a quiet room type on the high floor. She actively coordinated and gave a welcome drink intimately. The whole process was gentle and patient, and there was no perfunctory feeling at all, which instantly relieved the fatigue of the journey. The overall environment of the hotel is clean and tidy, the lobby is clean and elegant, the rooms are cleaned spotlessly, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the hot water is stable, the sound insulation effect is very good, the night rest is very stable, and the toiletries are complete and easy to use. The public areas are well maintained, the supporting facilities are complete, and it is very convenient to travel and eat. Carrie was still warm and welcoming when she checked out, and took the initiative to help store her luggage. The service was warm from beginning to end. Good hotels cannot be separated from their attentive service. Carrie's professionalism and gentleness are the biggest plus points for this trip. The price is full, and business trips and travel are very suitable. Next time you come to the local area, you must give priority to this one. It is worth everyone to come and experience!"

"I'd been hearing about the upcoming Ji Hotel opening here for ages and was really looking forward to it. Today I finally checked in! The new Ji Hotel 5.0 is fantastic – convenient parking, a spacious lobby that's comfortable for working, and great for shopping, schools, and hospitals. It'll definitely be my first choice when visiting Hefei again. This time I stayed in a south-facing room with great natural light and a large window offering a great view. Being a new hotel, the products are all excellent, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and the overall service was very proactive and welcoming. I'm very satisfied!"

"The overall stay experience is very good, the hotel environment is simple and clean, and the atmosphere of the bamboo book bar in the lobby is very good. The room is clean and odorless, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is OK, and the night sleeps peacefully. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the hot water is stable. The check-in efficiency at the front desk is high, the service is polite and intimate, the laundry room and gym are fully equipped. The location is convenient, the surrounding eating and shopping is convenient, the business trip is suitable, and I will choose to stay next time 👍"

"This stay experience exceeded expectations. I like Atour's Zhuju Book Bar the most. It is quiet and leisurely. You can sit down and flip through the book. The room hygiene is strictly controlled, there is no smell, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the hot water comes very quickly. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out were very fast. The overall humanistic atmosphere is very good, and the living is relaxing and comfortable."

"They even upgraded my room for free, which I really appreciate! I got a business executive room, and the desk and chair in the work area were perfectly suited for productivity. The high-speed WiFi was seamless with no lag, and screen casting and multi-device connections worked super smoothly, making it incredibly efficient for me to catch up on work. Check-in and check-out at the front desk took less than 3 minutes each time – they were incredibly quick to respond to my business needs, even helping me with urgent printing, showing extreme professionalism. Cleanliness was impeccable; the work area and bathroom were spotless, with no hidden corners missed. The bedding was freshly ironed and odorless, showing great attention to detail. The noise control was outstanding; even though my floor was close to the elevator, there was practically no noise inside the room. I could work late and rest undisturbed. Plus, there was plenty of parking available."

"I chose to stay at this hotel for my 42nd Middle School exam, and I was very satisfied with my experience. Check-in was fast, the hotel environment was clean, the room was spotless, well-equipped, and the soundproofing was also good. The pedestrian street is right downstairs, and it's a five-minute walk to Intime City, making dining, drinking, and shopping very convenient. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and had a great service attitude. The value for money is excellent, I highly recommend staying here."

"Excellent value for money. The room facilities were comfortable and thoughtful. Type-C and USB ports were provided. Tea bags and bottled water were nice and attentive to detail. The air conditioning was at a comfortable temperature. Breakfast was also good. The staff, chef, and front desk personnel were all very attentive yet respectful. It was a pleasant experience."
