The service staff remained very calm, and within minutes, a technician arrived to check the drainage. Later, I requested room cleaning, and they responded promptly, even bringing a fruit platter. All in all, the stay was an excellent experience, five-star recommended!"

"After getting off at Kaifeng North Station, it took a 15-minute taxi ride to reach the Hilton Garden Inn. This is a new hotel, and I found the facilities and environment to be exceptionally clean and hygienic after staying there. The front desk staff were also very kind. The surrounding area has a residential community, a pharmacy, breakfast spots, fruit stores, and supermarkets. The breakfast selection was quite varied and changed daily, so overall it was pretty good. There's also an outlet mall and some Hao Xiang Lai snack supermarkets nearby that are open. It was indeed a good place to stay. It only took about 10 minutes by taxi to Wansuishan Wuxia City. There's also a Huangjia Baozi restaurant nearby with very affordable, delicious dishes. Definitely worth a high rating and a thumbs-up!"

"Stayed for two nights and the whole was very comfortable. The front desk butler Stella responded promptly. The facilities were not luxurious but the maintenance was very careful. The socket location was reasonable and the charging was convenient. The hotel can understand the implementation of plastic-free environmental protection. The disinfection spray also makes up for the concern of garbage cans without garbage bags. The hygiene is completely assured. The surrounding business district is very close, it is convenient to walk and eat, and it is very convenient to travel."
