Apartment was new looking, but in bad shape. Broken toilet seats, missing items and terribly hot as the windows barely opened. Cleanliness was not a priority, wet towels left in the laundry, dirty floors. Staff was attentive, but as it was a weekend they had no one to fix any issues

Went to check in – no reception
Rang Room 4 (room we were staying in) Someone already checked in there!
Rang the contact on the details
Told us it was room 3
He sent though, door codes and key box codes
Got in front door
Unlocked key box- no key in box - I have a picture
Not on floor either – picture as well
Rang to explain, the situation. Text me saying the cleaner said it was 100% it was there!
It was not!
Could not get in the room
So had to get a room in the Travelodge!
He said he was in Manchester and couldn’t do anything! And not his problem!
