Good location! Very clean and good rooms. Close to the beach but also walking distance to the city centre and the old town. Very nice people working at the reception with a lot of suggestions on things to do and restaurants to go to! Good breakfast. Very recommendable, we would stay there again!

Location is good, near the beach, train station and old nice. Garden is nice where the kids love the fruit trees.

Me and my partner got only a weekend staying. Staff is really lovely, very helpful with everything. But for me the problem was the room- too small and walls were really thin, we had a loud guests in the next room and we could hear everything, that was a bit annoying as we expected for more privacy. The shower was really good though, but there were no toilet fans in the room, so if you had a shower all the room would be humid or with some smell. The breakfast menu was ok, the fruits salad wasn’t good, all the fruits very bitter, couldn’t eat anything. Jelly options were less then expected, but in general it offers different kind of breads and sweets boulangerie. Location is great!

Good location from train station & just straight walk to hotel. Also, about 10-15mins walk to the beach area and abit longer to old town. Well kept but it’s not a new hotel. Love the garden with blooming spring flowers & oranges when we there.

Good value hotel even in high season. Location is very central, clean but size of standard rooms a little disappointing. Breakfast is average. Overall a good stop off and would consider again when in Nice.

Booked a triple room and stayed for two nights. The room is more than 30 square meters, with good sunlight. Each window has a light-blocking curtain that can be lowered electrically, which is very good for blocking light at night. The area is also relatively quiet. The double bed and the single bed are both large and good. The hotel has a small garden with oranges and lemons. The front desk guy is very friendly. The breakfast is especially good, with freshly squeezed orange juice, rich food, many choices, and good quality. This price also includes breakfast for four people, which is really great. It is about a 12-minute walk from Nice Train Station and a 10-minute walk from the port. The location is still very good.

Located in the center of Nice Old Town, the surrounding restaurants are very convenient, and the hotel environment is consistent with the description! The room is quite large, the ceiling height is also good, and the price-performance ratio is quite good; the reception is still quite enthusiastic, but the restaurant waiter is very average!

This hotel is quite beyond my expectations. I booked a family room. The room is large and relatively clean. What I like most is the breakfast. There is freshly squeezed orange juice to drink. Next time I go to Nice, I will consider booking this hotel again.

The room is quite big, the facilities are average. There is a staircase on the same floor, which is inconvenient to push the suitcase.

Overall, comfortable and clean

The place is a little off, and the carpet has a weird smell. They didn't try to find the wrong item and didn't compensate me, just acted as if nothing happened.
