The hotel is great and definitely recommended for visiting. The staff are friendly and helpful (especially many thanks to Leo), the location is convenient, and nature is absolutely fantastic. Either you choose to soak in the hot spring or walk around, it will be worth it.
Nearby the hotel, I’d recommend to climb up to the Shangyun Temple, the views along the way are very beautiful.

Great surprise! Fantastic place, location, design, concept and service!
Restaurant and spa are very good, but was expecting a little bit more… no complains… just it could raise the standard to the level of this buque concept. Did I mentioned the pool?? Best place of all!! 😃😃

五一假期家庭出遊選擇了寧海安嵐，避開人羣，住在大山裡呼吸新鮮空氣。寧海安嵐酒店的環境是真的很美，硬件設施不錯，上山下山需要坐接駁車，接駁車等待時間5-10分鐘。要着重表揚一下值班經理Jack應，我們預訂的向竹居，入住期間因為房間一點問題，應經理處理問題的速度特別快，立馬幫我們調換成了view更好的望山居，入住期間不斷地詢問我們是否舒適，是否愉快，能幫我們解決的問題都盡力幫我們解決，讓我們全家感覺特別暖心。酒店的早餐種類也比較豐富，味道也不錯，服務人員還會給打包盒給寶寶打包一些水果和小甜點，真的太温暖啦！下次還會選擇安嵐～

酒店環境自然非常好 植被豐富 推窗見綠 房間很大 分區很合理 就是泡澡區如果有門 對於親子出遊的家庭 私隱性會更好
管家Queen很熱情 服務很周到 推薦了酒店各項活動
吃的方面 早餐豐富 晚餐有套餐 價格小貴 但是顏值和味道都很在線 值得
在酒店內活動挺多的 小朋友可以玩的陶藝 石頭彩繪 大人泡森林温泉 很舒服 還能徒步 從餐廳到大堂大概40分鐘 路很好走 走走拍拍 也不覺得累
這次酒店套餐送的旅拍也不錯，天際泳池還是挺出片 小哥引導和構圖都還挺在線 還能免費修圖 下次還會再來

滿懷期待入住的酒店，酒店硬件設施沒有達到預期，房間周圍草是黃的，吹風機居然不是戴森的，房間電視也很小，不符合酒店的定位。
好在酒店內的員工服務都很到位，入住時值班經理Jack非常熱情的介紹了酒店的各項設施和活動，去野谷咖啡沒有車回酒店時禮賓主管王海江特意過來接，還有管家小明同學Bob幾乎是24小時解答問題，非常感動，路上遇到的員工都是笑臉相迎，滿分給酒店的所有服務人員。

寧海安嵐沒有讓我失望！酒店景色優美，服務上佳。小管家Queen從頭到尾細心體貼，時時提醒，處處照顧。 入住辦理時Jack熱情介紹，主動幫助，房間免費升級令人驚喜。 餐廳的服務員各個親切有禮，尤其有位Sue， 雖然看起來年紀比其他服務員稍稍大一些，但非常勤快有禮。電瓶車李師傅從早到晚不停來回接送，彬彬有禮，有問必答。
這是一次非常愉快的體驗。先生因此主動詢問有沒有會員制，希望很快有機會體驗在新昌和千島湖的另外兩家安嵐。

去之前看到有不少褒貶不一的評價還有些擔心，但實際體驗過後發現完全是多慮了，可以説從服務到餐飲以及酒店的軟硬件設施都對得起安嵐的品牌。雖然因為五一客滿帶來一些小問題，但都能很快給到解決，特別感謝管家Leo和餐廳部的Jack，都給到了很多有效的幫助和出行建議，應該找時間還會再去。

想在山林中擁有一間小屋，或者發呆式旅行，這裏完全滿足所有的想法。
服務：在這裏特別感謝一下酒店服務團隊，尤其是小明同學，這幾天的陪伴，有問題能及時回覆和通知，細節處能想到我們旅客前，還有前廳周超，陶藝老師舒濃飛和張秋紅服務都非常好。
環境：像住在煙雨江南的風景畫裏。依山居套房離餐廳很近，之前一直擔心山上行走不便，短駁小車隨叫隨到比想象中快。
設施：酒店裡設施比較新，看得出維護得挺好，超大浴缸，隨時可以泡到山中的温泉水，這是這個酒店的亮點。
衞生：個人感覺比某些同級別的要乾淨，個人對床單是有潔癖的，在這裡能讓我安心入睡。
玩樂：孩子第一次在這裏也學會了獨立騎馬，非常開心，感謝教練們。

五一來場説走就走的旅行，選擇了寧海，入住了安嵐，酒店環境非常好，天然的氧吧，因為温泉不適合小孩泡，我們就在房間的浴缸讓孩子（也是温泉水）感受了一下，全酒店都通無線，走到哪裡都有網，這點很棒，酒店的工作人員服務也是非常不錯，叫車接送都很及時，管家Queen，還有大巴司機張建東、羅波，所有的工作人員都會詢問入住期間的感受，溝通都很愉快，早餐有中式和西式，種類豐富多樣，由於我們一早就要回去，沒有體驗旅拍也沒有在酒店好好逛逛，留點遺憾給下次再來體驗吧
