Прихожая, гостиная с раскладным диваном (для ребенка- удобно, для взрослого или тяжелого подростка уже будет некомфортно). Спальня с большой и удобной кроватью, но она проходная в санузел). Санузел большой совместный. С ванной и душевой (халаты и косметика в наличии). Телевизоры в каждой комнате. Чайник (чай, сахар), холодильник. Капсульная кофеварка есть, но капсула кофе 100 рублей. Минибар платный. Вода бесплатно пополняется ежедневно. Понравился ресторан на завтрак. Светлый ”свадебный” с приятной музыкой и певчими птичками. Затраки на 4* соответствуют. Хорошие кофемашины. Бассейн и сауна (1 час в день входят в стоимость). Это спортивный комплекс для всех желающих. А потому голые (полностью) тетеньки в сауне увлеченно и шумно производящие массаж вакуумными баночками немного подпортили мою картину мира))). А 20 дам пенсионного возраста, занимающихся аквааэробикой обратили в бегство моего супруга)). Но если правильно выбрать время, то поплавать в бассейне будет возможно. Бесплатная охраняемая парковка. Если вы на машине- рекомендую. Ресторан на 11 этаже рекомендую. Особенно на закате!

Stayed at the hotel for one night, took a family room (4 local). The room is large, clean. There is a separate kitchen and even two saunas. But it would be better to have one saunas, as it turned out to be two small and close. The room was cool, heating was not included, and on the street at night about +5 degrees. The hotel parking is not the most convenient, far from the entrance in the backyard. For money, you would like to stand near the entrance (there is a shopping car park). The hotel is located far from the center, without a car it will probably be hard. With the car on the weekend it was comfortable. WiFi is but the signal is weak, the mobile network was faster.

In my opinion, the price of quality is not in line. The entrance group, the resepchen and the Swedish table are quite decent, the staff on resepchen is kind. But after leaving the elevator you get into a Soviet hotel or a good hostel. The rooms are small, unmodern, slippers, toothpaste. Is this number worth almost 7 thousand rubles per night? Perhaps we got into a hot season, although we booked the rooms (we had two for two nights) for about two weeks. The price of such a room in my opinion is a maximum of 3 t.d. Also consider that under the windows of the Oka restaurant, where it is apparently often held banquets. In our arrival was a wedding - noise all night corresponding) In general, it was made the impression that Nizhniy Novgorod in terms of hotels does not cope with the influx of tourists, the other offers were even worse or more expensive than Oka. For comparison, after Novgorod went to Ryazan and SPb - there for the same money and even cheaper hotels were much better. The city itself - beautiful 😊

We stayed at Marins Park in Yekaterinburg and it was much better. This one had a nice big room and clean beds and towels but the maid didn’t take our laundry and then when we took it to reception later that day they said it was too late so we missed out. Our room was “cleaned” although they don’t make the beds and we were only left with two towels, no new hand towels or foot towels. The drink dispenser in the foyer was empty and the coffee shop was not staffed. Breakfast was good. There is a strip club next to the restaurant which is odd. Ok for the price but not overly impressed with promised service.

We lived in this hotel 4 nights. After reading positive feedback, they decided that a good place. We lived in a luxury. When they arrived there was a compliment (they have this called) in the form of two small bottles of water. More to the luxuriant water was not brought, it was stated that the water in the coolers on the floor, however, during all our stay the coolers were empty. The administration decided not to confuse itself with such small things as the guests were mostly children and the guests of the festival. The room had bathing facilities, which, however, were not filled. It 's in the luxury, I fear to imagine what was in the usual rooms. Breakfast - if you want to eat, come from 07-08, nothing will remain later, once came to 09:00, on breakfast there was an egg, dry rings and cold, a lone sausage , swimming in a pan 🤮. Lunches are cold. The restaurant's work is a separate story. The child had a birthday, in three!!! days ordered sweets for the children. We promised and did nothing. All. The attitude to the guests, what is called, is in the face. Ordered balls for the morning of Sunday. There was a strange girl on the recipe, who refused to give us paid balls, saying that she would not carry them up and would not give them in hand. What was guided , it was not clear . The child's birthday was spoiled. Awful place, negligent, indifferent attitude towards the guests. The hotel is not drawn to 4 stars at all, the administration does not perform its duties. The staff wear the badges only in English, perhaps the administration believes that for 4 stars it is enough and should not be frozen about the rest. Shame and shame.
