Es war wie immer alles Bestens! Der Service an der Rezeption, das Personal vom Zimmerservice und das Personal vom Frühstücksservice waren wie immer sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt und haben direkt wieder für das nächste Jahr reserviert!

Es war gut dort, bis über uns jemand einzog. Danach keine Ruhe mehr. Trittschall, bei jedem Schritt. Wir sind ohne Forderungen zu stellen einen Tag früher abgereist. Nun will der Besitzer die Kritik nicht annehmen und versucht uns zu diskreditieren. Ich mache sonst wegen sowas keinen Aufriss. Hier handelt es sich aber um unfassbare Arroganz, die ich so nicht stehen lassen kann. Ein einfaches Schade hätte genügt. Hier werden uns aber Unwahrheiten unterstellt. Man hört einfach jeden Schritt!!! Das ist nicht wegzudiskutieren. Wen es nicht stört... der Rest ist alles ok. Nur für uns ein No go.

Waren mit einer Gruppe im Hotel. Einchecken war wie früher in der Jugendherberge, alle mal zuhören, sie dahinten, lassen sie es sich von den anderen erzählen! Prima direkt gutes Gefühl. Auf den Zimmern gibts kein WLAN! Telefonieren geht da nur über Festnetz, da mobiles Netz auf der Insel nicht so gut ist! Tablet oder Laptop nutzlos!(Nur Hotel Bruns, sonst gibts freies Inselwlan). Zimmer klein, aber sauber, Dusche winzig. Frühstück super, Personal außer Teile Rezeption sehr freundlich. Hatte den Eindruck als gäbe es 2 Klassen von Gästen. Die von Müller und die richtigen Gäste! Würde das Hotel aufgrund fehlendem WLAN selber nicht buchen!

Hotel ist arg in die Jahre gekommen, Handtücher auf dem Zimmer mit Löchern.. Keine Klimaanlage, Zimmer nach Süden im oberen Stock (405) ist abends mega warm. Lüften nachts war schwer möglich, da es aufgrund einer Disco ziemlich laut war. Personal war enttäuschend unfreundlich, Frühstück ist umfangreich, allerdings nicht besonders hochwertig. Alles in allem Preis Leistungstechnisch nicht vertretbar
