Decent enough, comfortable bed but the room and property needs attention, worn out receptacles- plug something in and the plug falls out because the receptacles are worn out and the towel rack fell off of the wall

Great check-in and check-out processes. Staff was professional throughout and Jamie was great during the check-in process. The property is in a convenient location near restaurants and shops. I was there with family and the room was nicely appointed, spacious bathroom, comfortable beds and quiet.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and the room was clean. We have stayed at the property a couple of times. It is a great location, easy to get to from the interstate and lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

Pool and hot tub were not available due to remodeling, which was not clarified at the time of booking. We would have booked elsewhere had we known that.

The room was in great condition however we spent an hour trying to get the TV to work only to find out that it was hooked up wrong. The room was clean and nice but stayed mostly hot the whole time even with the air conditioner on and at 67°. Otherwise the check-in process was simple, staff were very accommodating and nice

Air conditioning was very loud in the room. Staff was nice and helpful but ACs need t be updated.

On my reason we didn’t give it five stars us due to there not being complimentary breakfast.

Bar not staffed and the prosecco I ordered when I found someone to help me, was old tasting.

Rooms were kind of dirty and dusty. Some areas needed some dusting. Windows units too loud while operating. Front end staff were really friendly and helpful. Overall it was a okay stay.
