I Was given the wrong room and no others were available. We had to stay in a handicap room which had no tub only a stand up shower. It was valentines day and I was not too happy with the room we were forced to stay in . It was either except that room or go home

We stayed over for a family wedding. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when in the area and will recommend to friends and family.

Good but not great, 3-night stay. Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, heater was reasonably quiet, soap, shampoo and towels were ample. There was an event at the Delany House on Saturday night, made it extremely difficult to find parking that night and the noise was disturbing. Breakfast Saturday and Sunday were superb, but the big surprise and disappointment was breakfast Monday morning. Nothing prepared for breakfast, nobody around in the breakfast area. Went to the desk to investigate and discovered breakfast was a choice of several prepared morning meals in microwave containers. Not what we were expecting and completely different from our stay last year. So, we were told they were experimenting with ways to cut food waste and costs. Quite disgruntled that a hotel with the guest rating and reputation of the D. would offer such a meal as you may find at most 1-2 star hotels. Not sure this was a dealbreaker, but we will investigate other hotels for next year's train show weekend.

Nice property in a quiet location. Attached restaurant has good food and good selection. Free breakfast was above average with quiche as an option.

We stayed here for a wedding with my two children and older parents. We enjoyed our stay . Very friendly staff. The restaurant menu looked great but nothing at all for two picky little kids.
We got a one bedroom suite. It was a decent size. Breakfast was good. A lot of option. Which most hotels don't have much hot food for breakfast. I'd say a 4 out of 5. The only complaint is the room looked older but it was clean.

Really loved the hotel! The staff went above and beyond even though there were some hiccups with our reservation. There was a mechanical issue in the room we had reserved but we were switched to a larger room. We were given both a coupon and gift card to the attached restaurant for the trouble. The only bummer was the fact that the pool and hot tub weren’t open when we got there. My daughter was disappointed, but we discovered a trampoline park at the mall about 15 minutes away - filled the gap!
