Loved the location. Just off the main road perfect for walks any time or day and close by to different amenities I run warm so a cooler temperature was necessary. Due to the season I was able to keep my balcony door open and enjoy the cooler air as the hotel keeps the temperature set at a specific during warmer and cooler months. I was at the villa and where I enjoyed breakfast there was also a stunning spa on the 3rd floor.

The hotel staff were extremely arrogant and discriminatory towards Chinese people. Their staff broke into my room and splashed colored liquid on it – it was terrifying! I also lost 1000 Singapore dollars. Reporting it to the police was fruitless; the police were protecting their own people, they were in cahoots. The situation escalated to the hotel restricting my freedom, refusing to let me leave without money. Now they're trying to reach me through the embassy to see if that resolves the issue. It's a really bad situation, so please be careful.
