Great mattress in a quiet room with a bath. Nice cooked breakfast to order, but the breakfast room decor was unpleasant and oppressive. No fruit juice, just fruit drinks. Only one coffee machine.

We had a two night stay at Premier Inn Nuneaton. I had a few concerns about the safety of my vehicle and its contents. The on duty manager and her team took my concerns onboard and helped me secure my contents and vehicle. Their help was amazing and totally put me at ease. The warm welcome and professional approach was amazing. The team definitely went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible stay. Well done Premier inn you staff were amazing.

I’ve stayed here for years at the Nuneaton branch and the last stay was awful. Room 38 was tired and had horrible stains on the wall. It felt shabby. It was also the smallest room right and the end of the hotel. I’ve stayed here a lot for the last 10 years and unlikely to return. It was Tuesday evening and empty. It’s put me off staying there again. There was no heating so I was shivering in the room. The lady bought a portable heater up which took a long time to heat. WiFi was down. Not their fault but not ideal. Very disappointed.

Staff were lovely but the place is a bit tired. Our room was large enough to accommodate a family of four. The bedding was the usual standard. Fittings were tired We were next to what must be a boiler room or something- the noise kept me awake through the night. Worst night sleep I’ve had in a premier inn. Normally very happy with them but this experience left me tired and disappointed. Easter egg hunt was a nice touch fir the children.

Stayed one night after an emergency hospital visit. Very quiet, bed comfortable as always, nice warm bath. The staff were friendly and my partner got the good night's sleep he needed. Breakfast was great and good value. Can always rely on a Premier Inn and this one didn't disappoint.

I chose this hotel because the building was the childhood home of the Victorian novelist George Eliot. I was disappointed that the hotel didn't make more of this, and that the historic buildings and gardens around and behind the main frontage are very neglected. This could be a real heritage destination and an opportunity has been missed. That said, as ever with Premier Inn my room was comfortable and well planned.

Desperately needs updating / refreshing . Room 48 had a generator going on and off all night keeping us awake . The beefeater it’s attached to is awful! The building is in need of a good overhaul . The toilets need updating and seating area are tired with ripped seats . The food here didn’t look appetising and the breakfast this morning was cool… one of the worst I’ve had at a premier . I was also charged a penny over for breakfast and the second card we asked for didn’t work . It took ages for us to check in too although the member of staff did say she was new . Will not be returning !

Very impressed at the cost and the standards. Quiet and comfy room, clean and fresh. Surprising as there’s a major road near and I wasn’t expecting much… and really helpful staff. Especially Kelly who went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my stay. Great job!!

Staff ok but whole place needs a refurb or deep clean. The entrance is gloomy and unattractive. Stayed in Room 19 which has lots of scuff marks and needs redecoration. Breakfast was a big disappointment. No hot Buffett but a full English had to be ordered individually. Most of the items were not hot enough. Given the building was the home of George Eliot one would hope much more effort would be made to maintain it. Location was good for me and I slept ok. Shower ok but no soap in shower dispenser. Worst Premier Inn I’ve stayed in.
