Had a good experience

This place is pretty clean, cheaper on trip. The front desk is okay but they aren't that good at communicating, I called beforehand about deposit to make sure what I needed to bring but they never specified that you needed to use a major bank card to make the deposit. I ended up having to wait a long time to be able to get into the room I had already paid for

Wish they were more clear about the deposit couldn’t use my PayPal card made it difficult

Best Western Delta Plus has great rooms with jetted hot tubs in a few of the rooms, the staff is very nice and the breakfast always tastes great!

Well maintained and very friendly staff. Area around is a bit sketchy, but we did not encounter any problems.

The hotel had a strange smell, everywhere. The mattress was too hard and my shoulder hurt in the morning. The sheets had a stain and a hole in them. The breakfast in the morning was good. There was a great variety of food.

My CC got hacked here this weekend. New card, only used here. Staff was ok. Elevator not working. Rooms were clean but dayed. Will not be back.

The coffee machine didn't work and neither did the charger in the clock work for my Iphone.

The overall hotel was decent since there is hardley any other choices in the area. The Hot tub was not working and the staff did not notify the guests or bother to put an out of order sign up even though it was days that it was cold. There are homeless who camp out behind the parking lot, so it is kinda sketchy and the bumbs get loud at night. There is a Starbucks, Mcdonalds and AMPM next door in walking distance so that is nice. We just need more choices in the area.

Upon arrival attendant came out of dark office to help me. Never made eye contact or said hello. There was a roach in bathroom. I had to cancel one night due to safety (personal, not hotel related) reasons. Hotel would not credit the unused night, even though ******* said they could.

This was the quintessential average hotel. Tired, dull, bang average. There was a bed in the room, sheets were clean. There is an electrical appliance in the room that buzzes all night so when you get in the bed you don't get much sleep. There is a homeless person in a tent outside the property and then there is a view of the freeway, yeah! The automatic pancake maker is a wonderful feature of the breakfast.

Rooms are nice and beds are comfy. Main reason for my stay location and bed comfort. Staff at check in is passive aggressive and no customer service. Arrive 10 minutes early to check in and she would not allow it and made us stand and wait then helped us at 3pm… poor customer service.
