It has been a great stay from day one, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, the facilities are great and very suitable for families and couples alike. The food is great and varied, the water park is so much fun, the entertainment is very nice, and the kids club is just perfect. Special thanks to Mr. Emre, Ms. Cansu, and Mr. Ozden.

We are staying at this hotel for the third time, we really like the baby club. The staff is nice. The food is ok. The beach is good. The evening shows are interesting. The territory is beautiful. Thanks to Kamran for his assistance and help. However, a note to the reception. They promised to fix the safe on the day of the request, but no one came for 3 days.

I went with children, I really liked it. Especially the Deluxe room

The hotel is in an easily accessible location. From the moment you enter, Ms. Cansu communicates with you one-on-one and if there is any problem, she solves it immediately. The rooms are nice and big enough. The food is better than average and has plenty of variety. There is also an indoor pool of sufficient size. The variety of alcohol is really high and the bar staff, in order not to offend you, will open the bottle and offer it even if you have a glass of alcohol. If I were to come again, this hotel would be my only choice in this region.

A very good, decent environment. All kinds of information and facilities were explained by Ms. Betül at the entrance of the hotel, which is perfect for a pleasant holiday, and we would like to thank her also.

Fantastic hotel, great for familes. Staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty to select during meal times and lots to do around the hotel for all the family. Special mention to Furkan who arranged a special meal for our family and helped facilitate a surprise birthday celebration for my wife's 40th Birthday.

We’ve just returned from 11 nights at Leodikya Kirman Premium (4th–15th April 2025). While we did enjoy our time overall, I wouldn’t rate this hotel as truly 5-star. It’s a good, family-friendly resort with plenty of positives, but there are quite a few things to be aware of before booking. The hotel has clearly been renovated in recent years and looks modern in most areas. Communal spaces and facilities are stylish and clean, but the rooms are a let-down. Ours was noticeably dated compared to the rest of the hotel, with only three plug sockets (two by the TV, one beside the bed, not ideal for charging things like phones. The overall room quality and the finish just doesn’t match the rest of the resort. The food was fine, plenty of choice and something for everyone, but definitely not 5-star standard. Repetitive by the end of the week, and unfortunately, all of us got ill at some point. I also saw other children being sick during the stay, so I suspect some food hygiene issues. The restaurants themselves are modern, and the waiting staff were excellent, working very hard. However, it was uncomfortable to watch management constantly inspecting and barking orders during meals. They never helped, they just hovered. One chef in particular walked around all day with a sour face, which didn’t give off a warm welcome and I never saw him do anything. Another downside is that drinks aren’t self-service, even water or coffee must be ordered through staff, which adds to their workload. A simple drinks station and coffee machine would make a big difference. Also, lunch was better than dinner, and it’s a shame that simple options like burgers weren’t available at night. The kids’ food choices were quite limited so that would have helped a bit. Now, on to the good: the kids’ club was fantastic, and the mini disco was a highlight. Our children loved it. The kids’ pool was great, but the large tipping bucket didn’t work during our stay. The big slides weren’t so good and just felt unsafe. There was no lifeguard at the top to manage turns, and they turned the water off without warning which left kids stuck mid slide, crying. One lifeguard had to help my daughter because she ran off on us and I couldn’t get to the top to stop her from doing down before she went. I obviously appreciated the help but then he shouted at me for him getting wet, not very professional and again could have been prevented with a lift guard at the top. So I’d say that the slides need better supervision. The main outdoor pool was freezing and barely used. The indoor pool was cold too, but usable and fun once you were in – helpful for early season travel like ours. We loved the spa. The free 15-minute taster led us to book seven full sessions – expensive, yes, but a highlight for us. We left the kids at the club and enjoyed some real relaxation. This is the second time my family and I have visited this hotel. The staff are wonderful, food is amazing with something for everyone, rooms and facilities are lovely and clean, evening entertainment is always great and I honestly would love to return in the near future.

We lived here one month with two children 8 and 5 years. It was the best Hollidays for us! Graet service, different dishes, the cleanest sea! Different animation program all our period. Cleaning everyday, free minibar and individual online conserge. So,if you want have real relax with children and your mom, babysitter can't fly with, take this hotel.

Family of 4 age 5 and 3 kids. Service was great around the pools and in the restaurants. Night time shows was good not great but kids lived the mini disco before main shows. Food in main restaurant was the same I would say just change it up a little. But pastry and desserts always very good. Fresh bread and pizza. Room kept tidy and resort is very is to get around. Beach is fine a little stinky. It they dry to maintain that as well. Transfer was 80mins with private transfer so definitely do that. Overall great experience and would go again.
