It has been a great stay from day one, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, the facilities are great and very suitable for families and couples alike. The food is great and varied, the water park is so much fun, the entertainment is very nice, and the kids club is just perfect. Special thanks to Mr. Emre, Ms. Cansu, and Mr. Ozden.

We are staying at this hotel for the third time, we really like the baby club. The staff is nice. The food is ok. The beach is good. The evening shows are interesting. The territory is beautiful. Thanks to Kamran for his assistance and help. However, a note to the reception. They promised to fix the safe on the day of the request, but no one came for 3 days.

I went with children, I really liked it. Especially the Deluxe room

The hotel is in an easily accessible location. From the moment you enter, Ms. Cansu communicates with you one-on-one and if there is any problem, she solves it immediately. The rooms are nice and big enough. The food is better than average and has plenty of variety. There is also an indoor pool of sufficient size. The variety of alcohol is really high and the bar staff, in order not to offend you, will open the bottle and offer it even if you have a glass of alcohol. If I were to come again, this hotel would be my only choice in this region.

A very good, decent environment. All kinds of information and facilities were explained by Ms. Betül at the entrance of the hotel, which is perfect for a pleasant holiday, and we would like to thank her also.

Разочарован качеством обслуживания и обманом с номером. Забронировали двухкомнатный семейный номер через Trip.com, ориентируясь на фото: на них во всех комнатах были большие окна. В реальности нас поселили в номер, где в детской комнате не было окон вообще — это неприемлемо для проживания с ребёнком. После жалоб на ресепшен и в поддержку Trip.com нам пообещали поменять номер только на следующий день. Из-за этого начало отдыха было испорчено, а фактически мы потеряли целый день. Больше всего расстроило отсутствие извинений и компенсации со стороны отеля. Персонал вежлив, но этого недостаточно, когда сталкиваешься с несоответствием описанию и вынужденными неудобствами. Не рекомендую этот отель семьям — лучше уточняйте детали заранее, чтобы избежать подобных ситуаций.

Excellent hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation. we are currently in the hotel. so far it is very pleasant and nice. the food is very good, the rooms are spacious and clean, the service is nice and helpful in everything. for smaller children there is a great slide and for older children there is an aqua park. there is also a disco for adults, a shop, a doctor. it's very nice. I recommend it :)

We stayed at Leodikya Kirman with family,it was a wonderful week! We especially loved the large,well maintained green territory,walking around the hotel was a real pleasure. Every day we enjoyed a wide variety of delicious dishes,tasty and something for everyone. The events and activities were also a highlight,you definitely wont get bored here. Special thanks to the hotel staff! Everyone was polite, attentive,and quick to respond to any requests. The bartenders make great cocktails and the minibar in the room is regularly refilled. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the hotel is kept very clean overall. Ypu can really feel that the guests are well taken care of. Overall,we left with only positive impressions. Highly recommended for family vacations and not just families!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, as it’s perfect for families with children,. The restaurants offer a wide variety of food options, and our kids had a great time. We had previously stayed at another Kirman hotel, and once again, we were very satisfied with the experience.
