The bed was comfortable but they need new and more electrical outlets. The outlets should have the built in USB ports too. Breakfast was good and the staff gets 5 ⭐ s. My wife would like to see King size bed options but I don't think the room can fit a king size bed.

Stopped here along a road trip close to freeway well lit parking lot kind staff and clean room with comfortable beds

This is not the newest hotel by far. However, it was worth the price. They could try to freshen it up some. If you’re looking for luxury, this is not your hotel. If you’re looking for a nice place to lay your head down for the night at a great price, this hotel will do just fine. Overall, comfortable stay.

Requested and paid for accessible room. The ONLY thing accessible about this room was it was on the first floor. The tub did have a lower entrance but NO grab bar. You would not be able to fit a wheelchair or a scooter in this room

The hanging screen and weeds in the walkway should have warned me off. Staff was lackadaisical, at best. The room booked was for two queens, accessible. We got two double beds (that's what they call queen there) and "accessible" was used loosely. There was no space to set items on the sink, but had a small table in the bathroom, near the toilet. Well, I didn't want my toothbrush that close to a toilet, and it was inconvenient. The little table also interfered with my ability to transfer from wheelchair to toilet or tub. The seat in the tub/shower was the nice kind that is integrated and very sturdy, however, the finish on it was peeling and there was no way I was going to sit on that. The room door did not close automatically, but rather, needed to be pulled closed for the last half inch or so. Breakfast was a disaster.....same basic stuff all hotels have, but we arrived 20 mins before it was supposed to close and most everything was gone. We had a choice of waffles and cold cereal. We were still eating when, at closing time, an employee came over, turned off the juice machine, and then left. We all would have liked more juice, but there was nobody around to ask. Overall, this is not the worst place we've ever stayed, but not the greatest. I felt like the whole place was saying, "We're here, if you don't like it you can leave." Nobody/nothing really tried to go above, let alone above and beyond.

There was no juice or fruit. The milk was not cold. It would be nice to have some gluten free bread, pastries or granola bar. The bathroom had mold on the wall and ceiling. I know it was an inexpensive place but when you advertise you have breakfast I would expect more than they had.

I am so grateful for Microtel Inn having a room available so late the night that I was passing through! I was so tired that I just wanted to sleep! The staff Welcomed me ! Very Professional and kind !

After we arrived at the hotel, an ice storm hit and we were iced in. Unfortunately, we ran out of funds due to the unplanned extended stay. The hotel made it easy and convenient for family members to assist via the internet. My baby twins and I were able to stay safe and warm.

Checked out at 6:30am, front desk wasn't man'ed, waited 25-30 seconds, lady sitting in lobby chair didn't acknowledge us. We ask if she worked here, she said yea. We didn't need anything, just leaving room key's, we just left... Could be more professional and attentive. Aways found Microtel to provide great value. Room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. Shower head could be upgraded.
