Hotel Baia Marina

I booked a week in April from May 30th to June 6th in this hotel. I found excellent staff, a good and rich breakfast, spaces in the room, in my opinion, not adequate for the offer (a non-working safe, an unprotected bathroom lamp, an inadequate toilet seat): Even if I did Given this, things were not restored: However, the service from the room attendants was satisfactory. I also admired the preservation of the house martins' nests which cheered with their flights both in the morning and in the evening.

Well located location, close to the center, very close to a supermarket and several restaurants. They have free parking. The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly and available and the breakfast is good.

A terrible experience that forced us to leave. When we arrived the room was hot without the fan coil system being able to bring the temperature to an acceptable level. It has never happened that I was unable to have a cool temperature in the room that could not be adjusted at will because the system was unable to dilute the heat in the room. In all this, there was a NON-working air conditioner in the room which obviously could not be used. We did not receive any alternative proposal and only after many hours did we have no other option than to demand the full refund, which was initially denied to us, without wanting to stay just one night in the facility. Only with extreme and pressing insistence, with the threat of calling the authorities, did we obtain a refund of the amount paid in cash (almost all because 5 euros were missing at the end) and without any receipt of the refund transaction. At 11pm we had to look for makeshift accommodation because these gentlemen take advantage of the fact that the customer arriving from outside is forced to accept compromise situations. No room changes were offered to us and no alternative accommodation was possible. The worst thing, however, was the trea**ent received at the reception which more or less responded: the situation is this so if it's okay with you that's the way it is otherwise we can't do anything about it. Terrible experience especially in managing the problem. Why doesn't one customer come on holiday to get a refund on the first evening and several find (more expensive) accommodation if they can get a viable solution. A solution certainly to be avoided since rooms are sold which then prove not to be up to the standard of the hotel category. Obviously, finally, the culprit is the customer who gets angry because he sees his holiday ruined. I strongly advise against booking at this property as you will not have any assistance in case of problems.

Hotel with clean rooms, free dirt parking in front of the hotel and in an excellent position for going out in the evening, given that you can reach the center of Orosei in 5 minutes. Our room, precisely 224, was on the second floor easily accessible by lift; spacious and well-kept room and balcony. Friendly breakfast staff, but the staff at the reception should be reviewed, where 3 girls plus the doorman took turns. They were all quite kind and helpful with the exception of one of the girls who didn't treat us very well at check out, meaning we found ourselves charged 4.50 for the bar service which we absolutely DIDN'T use. My partner asked the girl for explanations to understand what it was about, but she couldn't tell us what we paid, she only reiterated that it was the bar service. In my opinion, I believe I have the right to know what I'm paying you and then if I repeatedly state that I didn't get anything at the bar I think it's right to inquire with the relevant person; instead the girl responded in an unkind manner and didn't care about inquiring to resolve the issue, we just had to pay. Being late with the ship and being gentlemen unlike , we just paid. Following this we left saying goodbye and without any greeting being returned. Let's go back to the room, unfortunately we ended up with the room with a bathroom for disabled people which unfortunately is very uncomfortable, with a door that doesn't close, but opens by pushing, light bulbs above the sink without protections, no bidet and a slightly small shower with tent and chair to sit on, plus the shower that couldn't stand. Impeccable cleanliness, with towels changed every day. Overall it's a good structure if you adapt and aren't looking for who knows what. With a few adjus**ents they could improve a lot; for example some lights in common areas not working (elevator and also the sign of the hotel itself). As well as breakfast, which is very basic (croissants, yogurt, rusks, biscuits, various jams, cold cuts, fruit), but which could perhaps be enriched with a donut or other alternative to croissants. The environment is really worth it so I would recommend correcting these little things.

A nice surprise, very nice and very clean hotel just a few hundred meters from the magnificent beach of the town. breakfast very good. Wifi accessibility should also be added in the rooms. 10 and praise!!

Very nice and clean hotel, very friendly staff, super abundant breakfast!!! I hope to return very soon, very affordable price for what it offers. The rooms are spacious and the silence is perfect for relaxing, if you want to spend a holiday in Orosei, this is the right hotel

Halfway between the center and the beach of the town, spacious and clean rooms with small balcony at a cost of €42 with T.S. included. Newly built and very nice hotel. Really affordable price. Ultra comfortable bed! I recommend placing a few bands in the mini bar and positioning the shower so that you don't have to hold it in your hand.

The hotel did not live up to expectations: no television, no WiFi, empty minibar. A glass of the French window had spun, at the risk and peril of the guests, the toilet seat out of place. When I presented my complaints to the receptionist on duty on the morning of June 13th c.m. , I heard myself reply in an extremely rude and insolent way. I had to face the inconvenience of packing my bags and changing rooms: no TV, no WiFi. Very bad. Tina Maria, San Gavino Monreale.
