It was about 2 minutes walk from Tenno area, so it was easy to get to and from the airport. There was Don Quixote right next door, so it was good to shop. The rooms were very clean and very friendly The bed was comfortable and the window was slightly open so it was good to ventilate personally Satisfied.

The hotel was clean and well situated. The rooms though were small and so were the bathrooms. There was a great problem at the reception. The staff had very little experience and although they tried to be helpful they could hardly understand two simple words of English. It is absolutely unacceptable to work in hotels and be unable to speak English and to communicate with clients. The only person speaking English was the head of the reception team and she tried very hard to attend to the client’s needs but obviously she could not do everything by herself.

I stayed this weekend. The location was great in front of the station and the transportation was very good. At check-in, the front desk was polite and the staff welcomed me with a smile. The room was larger and cleaner than I expected. Especially the bed was comfortable and quiet, so I could sleep well. Amenity was also substantial, and the bathroom was equipped with high-quality shampoo and conditioner. Wi-Fi is fast and perfect for business use. The breakfast buffet was rich in variety, and many dishes using local ingredients were enjoyed with a fresh taste. However, the only thing I was worried about was that the elevator felt a little narrow. However, overall it was a very satisfying stay. I would like to use it again as a base for business and sightseeing.
