There are a lot of amenities for this price, a convenient check-in and check-out procedure, but, unfortunately, the room was not cleaned during the week of stay. The location is not very convenient if you plan to frequent main streets like Dotonobori and Namba. Most likely, you will have to walk to them for about half an hour, since the trip by metro takes the same time, but the cost is quite high. Also, the area seems somewhat secluded - more residential than tourist.

It was a last minute reservation.
Since it's an apartment, I was a little worried about the cleanliness and facilities.
New, beautiful and cheap!
The house is kept clean, has all the necessary amenities, and the room is spacious and comfortable for a family of five!
The TV is comfortable and you can watch Netflix, YouTube, etc.
The owner was also kind and helpful when I had a problem, even though it was late.
Overall, I'm very satisfied, but that's the main reason I'm so satisfied.
The location is a little far from the city, but since we were using our own car, it wasn't a problem for us!
Probably within 10 minutes from Namba
I still want to use it!
