Good location and easy access to the metro. Most attractions are 2 or 3 stops away. Staff are friendly and willing to help.

located really near to the subway station, roughly about 2 to 3 minutes walk from the station, walkable distance to dontonbori & shinsaibashi shopping street where you can literally shop for almost anything there.
there’s 7 eleven right downstairs of the hotel so even if you’re hungry in the middle of the night, just head downstairs and also, there’s a mcdonald’s nearby as well.

Super central. You can explore a lot by foot. 7/11 is next to the hotel and the rooms are comfortable and with enough space. Full recommendation.

It’s a good choice for travellers who are not familiar with Osaka as it’s only a 3-min walk from Osaka metro Shinsaibashi station.
A very neat and clean place to take a break from travelling indeed.
The staffs are helpful and nice too.
The best thing is there’s a 7-11 next to it, very convenient to get instant food.

Not recommended.
Staffs are just ok. Not very helpful and cannot understand in English.
The room is very dirty. It is full of dirt and dusts.
The good thing is close to shinsaibashi station.

Convenient with 7-11 downstairs. Feels safe. Although room is not sound proof, other visitors were quiet during my stay.

It's so to easy very closed to shopping, restaurants & Metro.

The location is very near Shinsaibashi station and surrounded by convenience store, shops and Mosburger. Very near Dontobori too. Room is smaller than I expected but so far service is good and the hotel changed tower every day. Thump ups.

We stayed here for two nights to get a taste of Ōsaka before heading to Kyōto. The location is superb, and there are lots of cool cafes and places to eat within walking distance. It’s very close to the metro so don’t need to rely on taxis. Staff at the front desk were very helpful. I’d definitely stay here again!

The hotel location easy access to dotombori and Shinsaibashi. And it close to the metro and JR station. From our experience, we have to ask the platform officer in order to get the correct exit. It may help to save time to get the hotel. Wrong exit may cause time consuming to find the hotel location. 7-11 just right beside of hotel. So convenient. The staffs here also friendly and helpful. Definitely will come back again in future.

Despite the room being pretty small, the location is really convenient and accessible. If you have luggage, do not worry, as there is subway nearby.
