This was a great deal! Very near a train station, near MEGA Don Quijote and a lot of convenience stores nearby. Near some tourist spots too!
This was almost a smooth transaction had they emailed me the instructions for check-in on the day of our arrival because this was self check-in. Thankful for the customer service of Trip.com for their timely response and very efficient service.
We booked a room good for 5 people and I think it's spacious enough for us considering other rental homes/hotels in Japan. Coin laundry at the lobby, elevator is a plus because not all rentals have this. At the back is a train station but if your windows are closed, you will hear no sound. One thing though, there is an iron board but no iron.
Overall, we had a great stay here. Will definitely book this again for our next trip to Osaka. Thank you!

Shinsekkei just opposite road and got restaurant nearby. Overall is good

Facilities: Although the room is a bit small, the facilities are complete and easy to use.

The hotel is neat and clean
I didn’t see clearly that it was a self-service check-in and there was no way to store my luggage, which was a bit uncomfortable.

This is a B&B without a counter. Use a password to enter. When you first arrived, you followed the instructions and said the key was in the mailbox, but you couldn't find it. You contacted the service staff immediately, but it should be the hosting company, because the service staff was not easy to contact. , we don’t have a local phone number, so we can only try to use Line to connect, and finally found that the key is inserted in the door, but the management staff called us back as soon as they received our message and apologized to us for the cleanliness and overall service. It's good, very close to Tsutenkaku New World, but there are a lot of homeless people nearby, so be careful and safe
