Too expensive for a noise rooms, you can hear everything all night long and we never can sleep well. I don't know it happenned on weekends, but people drunk on night is very insecure for a family. This hotel or motel is beyond noise for travel in family.

Wonderful stay experience! The staff at Hotel Indio went above and beyond to make us feel at home and our stay most enjoyable. Would stay with them again with zero hesitation. If you find yourself in Otovalo, look them up- you’ll be pleased.

I haven't stayed in the town of Otavalo before; usually I prefer out in the campo. This time though I was on a specific mission at the market and must have asked the front desk staff 1000 questions and each time they were amazing. I got good restaurant recommendations, a tip on where to go for alpaca, and a great massage they organized before my trip to Quito and flight home.

The staff is amazing. This is the best place we stayed in Ecuador. The front desk were extremely helpful with directions and things to do. This hotel and staff deserve way beyond excellent. We would recommend anyone and everyone to this place. The location is great too.

Great hotel in the centre of Otavalo - just around the corner of the market. Room was good size and clean. Personal was very friendly and helpful. Also, English was very good. The son of the owners even spoke a bit Dutch 😀. I would definitely stay again.

We loved this place. Sure the sound travels.and there was some chipped paint but it was clean and we got a wonderful massage. They opened the spa for us and we delightful. The price was great. It is a family run place and feels like lovely piece of Ecuador.

L’hôtel est trop mignon avec ses deux patios pleins de verdure. De quoi faire de belles photos. Il est également bien situé, en centre ville proche du grand marché. A noter que l’espace jacuzzi est payant. L’hôtel est ancien et mériterait d’être rénové. Au niveau des équipements il y a la stricte minimum, pas de bouilloire, pas de sèche cheveux, pas de coton tiges ni de mouchoirs en papier. Peu de choix au niveau du petit déjeuner.

No pudimos descanzar por ruidos de otros huespedes en estado etílico, musica a alto volumen y escándalos en Los pasillos, pésima experiencia, y demasiado caro para habitaciones standard que parecen mas una casa coming que un hotel
