I am not happy at all. It was a bad experience. My family was stranded because the hotel booking prices on Trip.com do not match their prices. So, my kids were tired, and there was no appropriate room for us. I am really disappointed and the hotel was very dirty too.

The price is absolutely cheap. You can drive half an hour to the park & ride in York Outlet to transfer to the bus into the city. The room is not small, very clean, free parking, there is a restaurant at the door, and the breakfast is the same as all holiday inns. There is no elevator, you need to carry your luggage upstairs

Went to the front desk to ask for location directions as I got lost on the motorway and the staff were really helpful and kind, two ladies one with short pink hair and one with blonde hair, so lovely and reassuring. It’s so nice seeing people like this, especially to younger generations, they even gave me a printed version of maps to my way home. Don’t know what I would’ve done instead xxx

Service was phenomenal Room was ok, clearly recently refurbished with a “big brother” chair Very comfortable. My window was stuck open, not a problem now, would be in winter! Breakfast was convenient with gf bread out and soy milk available Lovely hotel with free parking (my favourite)

£114 to stay in a room with damp walls, and to sleep on a urine stained mattress protector. Title and pictures speak for themselves. Staff were very friendly, just a shame about the cleanliness of the room.

The residents who stay here are utter scruffs.They take their drinks from breakfast and just discard them at the bus stop,full of tab ends of course.The area was a mass of paper cups.They wouldn't know a bin if it hit them.Have more respect for the people who belong in the area.
