Extremely welcoming, a wonderful family run business. Great clean and very comfortable room and bed and pillows very comfortable Fantastic home cooked food, we had dinner beef stew and mash and veg and a full English breakfast in morning which was so good with the most perfectly cooked poached eggs.. Overall a fantastic find a real gem of a hotel in Paignton, in town and just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and the pier so really well located aswell . Would definitely return and will definitely highly recommend for anyone .

What a wonderful bed and breakfast. The owners are very friendly and helpful, the service was great and they took into account our dietary requirements for our evening meals and the fact I'm asthmatic. The rooms are very clean and tidy and so reasonably priced. Location is very close to the beach and pier, which are worth a visit. Parked our car for £5 a day just around the corner of the B&B. I would definitely recommend this B&B and if I come back to Paignton, I would certainly stay here 🙂

Booked well in advance but got small room with a pine bed which we kept bashing our shins on and matching bunk beds. Cannot imagine a family in this room as nowhere to put clothes apart from short rail for shirts. No wardrobe just hook on door. We had to drape clothes over the bunk beds The en-suite ok but sink in the bedroom Went out first day and returned to find coffee and milk not replenished, so no more drinks, cups unwashed and altho beds unmade they did have clean towels left on top. Breakfast ok. When we left as husband is disabled I had two big bags to negotiate two doors to exit and when the proprietor came out to wish us a safe journey without even opening one door for us just turned and went back. So no, we won’t be going back !

We stayed here over the bank holiday weekend and yet again it was absolutely fantastic. The location of this B&B is just down the road from the beach and all amenities. The hosts are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for them, the food is too die for and defiantly worth a try. Overall a great couple of days and already planning to come next year

Visited Paignton for two nights to catch up with friends. Genuinely warm welcome on arrival from Leigh and Vicky. Cosy, clean and warm room, much needed on wet and windy days at the end of March! Breakfast was fabulous and I was lucky enough to sample some of the restaurant quality food, available by pre-arrangement, which was delicious and homemade by Leigh (who is a fully trained chef). Overall a great location for exploring Paignton and the wider area. Nothing is too much trouble ( I left my coat by accident and straight away they offered to post it back to me). Would definitely stay again.

Not a high end hotel so basing a fair review on that.
Owners were very helpful and friendly.
Room was very clean and well maintained.
Parking was provided in a nearby multistorey car park free of charge(ground floor)
Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice.
Overall a nicely ran small hotel that provided a base for exploring the area.

We stayed for one night in a family room, the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable indeed. Hosts we're friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast. We will definitely stay again, this hotel is a little gem 😊

I booked last min and Vicky sent me everything I needed to complete my booking, on arrival I was greeted by Vicky who offered me tea/coffee and all the info I needed, I got to my room to find dog biscuits and a towel for the dog and everything I needed to make my stay comfortable, I was made to feel very welcome, breakfast was very good and was offered more, nothing was too much. From start to finish they were very hospitable and very welcoming, will definitely be going back i the near future. Thank you both.

Second time in this lovely, friendly place. Close to all the amenities, fabulous hosts and very clean and comfortable rooms. Kids love coming here and was a request to return this year. I’m sure we will be back xx Kate, Maisy and Harriet
