Palm Springs Hotels with Wi-Fi

This hotel is near the downtown area but a bit away so you feel like you are at a beautiful resort. We arrived before 11am and they offer us the option of being upgraded to a Jr Suite now or wait for a room on a higher floor. Since I was traveling with my grandson, we took the suite. The lobby restaurant has board games which were perfect. The restaurant did not open until 11am so we sat down and played one of the games. Mat came over and explained that we could order at 11am (it was 10:30). He brought us water and checked on us saying it would not be much longer. The service was excellent throughout the hotel. We were there for three days and enjoyed every minute of our time there.

I am taking the time to write this review because we were hesitant about our stay given the negative ones below. We had THE BEST time at the Ace. The mid-week vibes were great, super low key guests. Great pool time. What stood out was the food. We ate breakfast and lunch every day and loved everything we had. I can't recommend the Ace enough and I can't wait to come back next winter.

My children loved it and were super impressed with the room, the pool being open during the pandemic was such a relief to a parent that traveled alone. Overall, had a great experience and staff was very helpful and friendly!!

I received a massage from Jessica and she did an amazing job! The St. Somewhere Spa was such a nice facility and very clean. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this spa!

This was my second stay in this motel-style place (it’s 2 story - so prepare for stairs - and outside doors all face a courtyard). Super clean, friendly staff, and excellent balconies, pool, and hot tubs. The only downside is that the hotel is on a busy road, but there is a narrow sidewalk to the nearest intersection and the walk into the heart of Palm Springs is pleasant (e.g., it’s an easy 10-minute stroll to the Thursday night market, famous artwork, etc.). Our family has had two great stays here and will continue to make it our go-to for Palm Springs!

Palm Springs hotels are lower in price. Palm Springs hotels are basically in the form of hotels because they are closer to Los Angeles and the housing prices are generally very high. Especially on weekends, they are basically 1000+. This hotel can park for free. As our transit station to Redeem Mountain and Ole is good, we just sleep a bit, the rooms are average and the health is average. If you rest overnight instead of coming to vacation, this hotel is OK of

The hotel's website states ”luxurious rooms.” (See attached screen shot from CT website) Companion & I stayed here 4 nights & this is clearly an overreach. We were happy with many aspects of our stay; nice location, lush clean grounds, cool pool area with wooden tropical tiki decor and polite & helpful staff. The rooms were another story. The bed & furniture were old. The blanket was so old it was well worn. The wall air-conditioner was noisy. The complimentary room coffee was terrible quality. The bathroom was tiny. When I questioned the front desk about the luxurious rooms, they told me they would be putting a lot of money into this place this summer. This hotel was reasonably priced for the area. I understand I need to do more research on accommodations & we have to spend more money. ”You get what you pay for.”

My wife and I came here for one night. Good location, clean facilities, nice bed, you're in Palm Springs so it should be all cocktails and smooth sailing. But there were too many negatives for me to recommend staying here. We ran into a number of issues, particularly with trying to work from the hotel and honestly from the staff too. Let me elaborate. We both needed to get quite a bit of work done during our stay, so we asked about the 24-hour stay perk in order to meet some deadlines before checking out (my wife is a Platinum Elite member and the 24-hour time shift is supposedly one of the offerings). They said we couldn't do that because the hotel was fully booked. Understandable and unfortunately unavoidable, especially if someone else was checking into our room. That's all fair. BUT. And here's the big BUT -- they also didn't try to help us at all (and worse, see below). No offering to move us to an open room for a bit, or let us setup in any empty conference room, or anything whatsoever. Just tough cookies. And we were very clear about just needing somewhere to work for a few hours. This leaves much to be desired, but isn't cause enough to down vote this hotel. Alas, my dear TripAdvisor friends, there's more. I asked about some kind of business center or other location to sit with a laptop, but they responded as if no one had ever dare ask something so outrageous. Ok. Weird. But again not a deal-breaker. THEN -- when our checkout time arrived and we were finishing packing our bags -- housekeeping came into the room, without masks on, while we were still in it and started cleaning up! I should have asked them if they would be packing my bags, as well. And we were not more than 5 minutes over the checkout time. That is a deal-breaker for me. I don't expect a hotel to bend over backwards to accommodate me. But at least let me step one foot outside the room before you begin vacuuming over my shoe. Geez. At the Courtyard, you do have to go and you do have to get the hell out of here.

The hotel is very new, the room facilities are very good, the service is also very good, just as a stop for the transit break, the next morning, when we arrived in the middle of the night, we left for the desert Ole to go shopping, almost no facilities, it is said that the top floor has Bar and pool but there is no time to experience. How long does it take to drive to Ole? However, if there is a car, it will be left for one night, so the problem is not big.

It's still good in Palm Springs area, the hotel has poor external hygiene, good internal hygiene, good breakfast, free parking, worth a stop, there is a dog park next to it, the gas station is not far away, and the location is good, probably going to the outlets 30 minutes by car
