Temporarily intent to live for one day. The location is nearly 20 kilometers away from the airport. This time, Panama needs to remind everyone that when you check-in, you will be asked why you are going to Panama, and you will be required to show the ticket and the domestic accommodation certificate. At that time, I thought that I needed a yellow book when I bought a ticket on Ctrip. Therefore, I only bought the flight ticket and did not buy the flight ticket from the country. As a result, I was not allowed to board the plane when I checked in. I said that there are regulations. Fortunately, I contacted Ctrip SOS customer service urgently and asked for a flight ticket from Panama to Canada, which was completed within one hour, because it was only one hour away from the boarding time. Finally, through Ctrip English customer service and Panama Airlines, they finally agreed to register. The Yellow Book did not ask, a false alarm. After arriving in the Panamanian state, don't stay for 15 minutes when entering the customs to confirm whether there is any suspicion of staying in the country.

Location was perfect, front desk was exceptionally fast and friendly for checking in, checking out and helping me with with printing, transportation service from the PTY airport and back was fast, secure and comfortable, the servers at the restaurants were very attentive, and I was extremely grateful how the front desk personnel called me and arrange to get to me what I left behind in my room. They took really good care of me!!

The room was excellent. More importantly was the service I received from staff. One day I came back to my room and there were two women trying to get in with their card key. I assume they were just at the wrong room. I did speak with the front desk just to be certain there was not a problem with my reservation. I didn’t think any more about it. Shortly a staff member came to my room to inquire about the situation. I was very impressed that someone took the time to follow up. He asked if I was okay, did I have any concerns, which I did not. I went out for a while and when I returned there was juice, a plate of cookies and a note. That was incredibly generous and thoughtful! I also had the opportunity to engage with Diana, the concierge. I left my EarPods on the bus from David. When I discovered it missing, I tracked it with my IPhone and discovered it was back in David. I don’t speak Spanish so was unable to inquire more. Diana went above and beyond and contacted the terminal in David. She had several conversations with them on my behalf. Although it was not recovered, I am satisfied that she did everything possible to assist me. For that I am grateful. Thank you all for making my stay in Panama City a wonderful experience.

Not a nice area and unsafe especially at night ... the bed was rock hard !!! There is no desk in the room! There was a small fridge where you can put a few bottles. Wifi only worked in the bathroom.

We booked this hotel as it is one of the hotels for free pick up and drop off on the Coast to Coast boat trip through the Panama Canal. We stayed 6 nights before joining a group tour of Central America. We found the easiest way to get around was by Uber - then no scams with taxi fares. The area around the hotel is a little seedy, with ladies of the night on street corners! However, there aren't any great places to go eat nearby with the exception of the little restaurant on the corner to the left as you come out of the hotel. It has a live band at the weekends, they speak no English but we had a great couple of nights there. We had a good breakfast at the hotel most mornings and once used the restaurant for an evening bite. Service a little slow, but otherwise good. Many Panamanians use this hotel as a base for local hospitals - there are several not far away. the only real disappointment was the pool. There were many broken tiles all around the edge, broken polystyrene in the water, and little, if any filtration. The water was a little cloudy and the tiles above the waterline covered in scum. (Sunscreen). There were a few sunbeds and a table and chairs for the shade. the NO alcohol notice was clearly ignored and many guest took their own drink up there and couldn't be bothered to clear away the mess. For us, the bed was a standard double and comfy, the room was a bit dingy but clean and the shower room was in need of an overhaul, but it all worked well. Wifi was good and so all in all, it served its purpose well. We were only sleeping there after all!

Hotel location is OK, the facilities inside are not new, but there is a fatal flaw, written in the end. There is a square downstairs facing the north. The sound is noisy. The high-rise house facing the east can see the sea view, not too noisy. It is OK. There is a balcony on the top floor and you can see the sea view. The scenery is good. The staff is friendly. The only fatal flaw is that this hotel does not have hot water for bathing. Looking at the comments on Google Maps, it is said that the hot water pipe has been broken for several years.

I visited Panama city to celebrate my 60th birthday, accompanied by my sister. The experience was tremendous. I stayed at the La Cresta Inn hotel. Not the finest, a little on the dated side, but comfortable enough. There were 2 beds, tv, minifridge, night table, dresser and a closet. Breakfast was provided in the mornings. The days were spent at the mall. Transportation was easily available and affordable. THe malls were fabulous. Nearly all the top named and familiar stores seen in the USA are represented there. Costs were largely affordable. Shopping experience was awesome. The language barrier was the only challenging part, but overall, it was a wonderful experience. Oh, I also visited the Panama Canal, watched the movie then for the live tour, there were actually 2 ships coming through their respective locks. Awesome!!!
