My family of 2 adults, 2 teens spent 4 nights here. It's a 1 bedroom apartment. No reception desk. We never saw or met the people who own or manage it. They emailed us the access code to the building and left the keys in a mailbox. The best thing about this apartment is the location. It's right in the middle of the marais district with dozens of cafes and shops within a 5min walk. You can walk to Notre Dame, St. Chapelle, Louvre, Pompidou Ctr, Orsay museum, Seine. There are 7 outdoor cafes in the courtyard where the entrance is located and they were packed every night. And yet, the apartment itself is on the back side and very quiet. Also, it has air conditioning though it's pretty weak and could barely keep up with the heat and the bedroom is far from the single AC unit and got uncomfortably warm. The bathroom is huge by european standards. The apartment itself is relatively rustic and we never took advantage of the small kitchen. Wifi was good. I had an incident with the owner about storing our bags on our last day ... I had requested it 8 months ago when we booked but when I double-checked a couple days before our departure via email he told me someone else had reserved the closet so we scrambled to find somewhere else to store our bags. So I'd give this one a 4.5 rather than a 5.
