The photos are just like on Trip.com. The location is quite convenient, near the Opéra metro station, with many bus routes around. There are also many Asian restaurants nearby. Paris is still charming, but the facilities are a bit old now, and the hygiene isn't great. Near the metro stations and attractions, there's definitely a sense of insecurity; people constantly follow you trying to put bracelets on you or sell things. Everyone should be careful and stay safe in Paris. There are even announcements in Chinese in the metro stations warning about pickpockets, which shows how many incidents have happened before. My biggest takeaway is that you should see the world while you're young.

I loved the hotel. The breakfast, the room, the staff were all very nice! Will definitely consider this hotel again when coming back to the beautiful city of Paris. First time I leave a review on the hotel, normally I skip this part :)

The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the facilities were quite comprehensive. However, the soundproofing wasn't great; I kept hearing noises from the hallway and other rooms, making me constantly feel like someone was knocking on our door. Also, the hairdryer was a bit difficult to use.

I had a great time staying here! The beds are very cosy and the room is big! I love the breakfast also. Staffs are very friendly and warm hearted. They offer mineral water every day which was really helpful! Personally, I would say a huge thank you to Sue, she offers us professional support and is very kind and warm! I will definitely come back again, highly recommended!

As I was traveling alone as a woman, I prioritized location, and since it was summer, I looked for a hotel with air conditioning and a refrigerator. I arrived earlier than check-in time, so I asked if they could hold my luggage, and they kindly moved it to my room as soon as it was ready. I was also very happy that they contacted me early to let me check in as soon as my room was ready. The room was very clean, and all the amenities were by L'Occitane. It's in a very convenient location, less than a 5-minute walk from Opera Station and the Opera House, and about a 10-minute walk from the Louvre Museum. It was a really great hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone going to Paris.

I was a Japanese woman traveling alone. The reception staff spoke Japanese and provided thoughtful service, making my stay very comfortable and reassuring. The use of L'Occitane amenities added a relaxing fragrance, making it a great choice for a girls' trip. The room had comfortable air conditioning, a refrigerator, and slippers. I think it's perfectly adequate for a hotel abroad. The room itself was lovely, with a cobalt blue sink and a comfortable bed, but the drainage in the shower and sink was poor. I suppose it's unavoidable in a European hotel, but it would be nice if they could do something about it. Overall, however, it was a very comfortable stay.

It was very clean. However, the room wasn't particularly spacious. The location is fantastic; the Opéra Garnier is about a 5-minute walk away. Basic amenities are provided. It was very clean because it was cleaned daily. I would like to stay there again.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Opera Metro station. There are restaurants, cafes, and delis nearby. Bottled mineral water was provided in the room daily for each person. The amenities were by L'Occitane. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked that they made pancakes (plain, banana, blueberry) and omelets (ham, cheese, mushroom) for breakfast. There were several kinds of bread, including croissants, as well as fruit, salad, granola, yogurt, prosciutto, bacon, tomatoes, pound cake, jam, honey, etc., and it was all delicious. There was also a different fresh juice each day. The front desk staff were very kind and even called a taxi to CDG airport at a specified time after check-out. You can communicate with the front desk staff in English.

If you are planning to visit the Opera or the Louvre, this is the best location. It is located almost on a main street, so it is easy to find and the security is good. There are many cafes nearby where you can have breakfast, and there are Asian restaurants and supermarkets, which is a relief. Even though it is a small hotel, the soundproofing was good. The bathtub only had a partition on half of it, so hot water sometimes splashed into the sink, but the toilet and bathroom space itself was very spacious and easy to use. This may be a common thing with hair dryers overseas, but the type that only blows air while the button is pressed, and the hair dryer at this hotel required a lot of grip strength, making it a little difficult to use. They were also happy to store my suitcase after I checked out. The staff were always smiling and very kind. I would definitely use this hotel if I visit Paris again. Thank you.

Convenient location. The room has a kettle, capsule coffee maker, mini bar. The hotel itself is a bit old and needs renovation

Everything is perfect except that the elevator is a little smaller! The hotel's amenity is L'Occitane and comes with slippers. The key point is that the location is very good, and you can walk to famous restaurants and attractions.
