Immediately after entering the room we sensed a foul smell, we opened the window but the smell persisted. Upon checking for the source of it we found bugs exiting the crate on the bathroom floor and (behind the pipes) there were granules (as we guessed the reason of the smell). The man seating in the reception desk wasn’t surprised at all and mentioned it is a “natural substance” used there. You don’t go on a vacation to sleep with bugs and a nasty odor, so we decided to leave a room literally 5 minutes after entering it - we also asked for a refund and the receptionist assured us we will receive it. Since then we are trying (without success) to contact of the manager of this hotel (who doesn’t speak English) - both calling and sending email multiple times. We demand the promised refund!!

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. You were able to fully focus on your studies and enjoy a relaxing stay. In addition to being close to the Montparnasse Tower, I highly recommend this hotel for those seeking a peaceful place to rest and study. It was awesome! 😊

A very comfortable hotel with clean rooms, beautiful decorations and practical emplacement. The welcome is warm and the location is very calm and cozy. The breakfast is also a nice option. Totally recommend !

I am a regular at this hotel. Given my sales job, I come back regularly. There have been a lot of changes this year. A major renovation, the manager takes great care. Small, very pleasant reception to receive customers. decent breakfast. clean room staff, welcoming hotel open 24 hours which is good for late arrivals, with nice boys at the reception.

Beautiful little address where we had a pleasant stay with friends. We were four couples. The reception arranged to put us on the same floor, very clean room, great bedding close to Montparnasse station, street, quiet, not forgetting great staff whom I thank, hoping to be able to come back soon.
