Support is very very bad. Response times for email and WhatsApp are unbelievably long. They start every WhatsApp txt with the same scripted wording. After they txt you, you reply to their txt immediately and then must wait at least 5/10 minutes for their next reply. TXT is supposed to be immediate and certainly should be faster and easier than email. The quickest response is via phone which means you either have to have a French SIM card or else have lots of credit on your mobile in order to make many lengthy international calls. When you do actually get through after long waiting periods their answers don’t help and do not solve issues quickly. Remember a guest is there on a visit, a holiday and obviously should be out seeing the sights, not sitting in the room trying to get support from a team who lack customer service skills. WhatsApp or any internet based txt messaging service is the way to go for Support, but they don’t realise this yet :-(
