Sterling Athirappilly

Sterling Athirapally was one of the best stays we have ever had.Always have tried to choose Sterling due to the wonderful stay,ambience and the hospitality they provide.And this time at Sterling Athirapally it was top notch.The Front office,the restaurant,the valey parking personal everyone was so great in terms of hospitality.We travelled with a 5 year old and a 1 year old,but we had no struggles.It was all at ease.Overall the property and the rooms are elegant ,classy and luxurious.The best part was the river access from the property.Made it even more memorable.Had breakfast and dinner from the property.Food was amazing as well.Had booked the lake view room.The view was so so awesome.Totally worth. Everything including rooms,property,the ambience,the location,the view ,food was awesome.What topped it all was the out standing hospitality.Unbeatable in every sense.I would really recommend Sterling Athirapally .Thanks to all the wonderful staffs who made it a pleasant stay...It would be unfair if i dont mention out the names of the people i came across.They made our stay memorable.Mr Unni (helped us with the parking ),Nileena (front office staff) Abhijit, ***ikandan, jithin (Restaurant),Bishal( activity),Nirmal( House keeping ***ager).Also to every person whom i ve missed here..We had no concerns at any point in our stay.A Special Thanks to the Front office ***ager Anu who made it look wonderful.She was outstanding at every point.She took great care to ensure that my family had everything necessary for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.You and your team are doing a great job.Keep that going.Overall a wonderful experience.

The staff is sweetest I have met. I had a minor accident and any medical facility was quite far. The staff helped clean and bandage my wound and also checked with a guest who is doctor if he could check on me. The resort is in a nice calm location and it was a relaxing stay for us. Special mention on the breakfast spread - yummy local food. Must try the Appams and Vada.

Holiday is mainly to relax & have good food. But in my stay both went wrong completely. I had everyday same menu for breakfast. I had stayed for 4 days & i had no choice to order for same dish for all 4 days. My kid got irritated the most beacuse he had to eating same food for all days. For dinner, their where 5 dessert dishes out of which 3 where unavailable for all days. So again, same 2 desserts for all day. So Tips - Change breakfast menu everyday. All the dishes in menu card should be available for eating. Next about the stay - I got a ok room, as in pictures they showed big & beautiful room. But my room was small & less spacious. We had lot of disturbing sound from the fan while rotating. That sound led us to disturbed sleep. Moving towards bathroom, it was very small & shower & health faucet where not working well. Water pressure was to slow that having a shower was so time consuming. Apart from this on our 4th night stay A/C didn't work from evening 5 till next day. Temperature was very high, imagine being without A/C ( OMG). Now, the best highlight of the stay. We choice this place as it was my husband b'day & he wished to be here on his b'day. All my special heartfull thanks goes to Nirmal Sir, Anu Ma'am & to the Main chef who made my husband b'day a memorable & happy day for him & for us. The surprise cake & making new dishes for us was so nice of them. Thanks once again to them & to all. The Hospitality & the loving & caring nature of all the staffs, the ***agers & the chef made our holiday into a memorable & happy stay for us. We got sooo much of love, care & hugs that we felt like a family. Thanks to all.

Excellent property. Great food and comfortable spacious neat & clean rooms. Pool is excellent and view from property is awesome. Property is just next to river. Tasty food with excellent spread. Staff are very friendly, cooperative and helpful

First of all the resort is in excellent location, next to water fall. Secondly roof top Swimming pool. And at the last but not least is the amazing staff Anu, Nirmal and Greshma. A place that one should visit as it's a new property with great food. ✨️

The way of treating customers are very good and..plesant ambiance....and food are too good Expecting more South Indian dishes.....and at night time there are more insects near the lights if those two are solved everything will be perfect

Excellent maintanence with delicious dining,awesome atmosphere,River at the back,athiripalli falls View from the top of the resort,suit room falls view & River View,Peacefully stayed with my colleagues,my one of the favourite spot @Athiripalli

Hotel is nice and especially the hospitality from front office executives are very good.Location of the hotel is in a right place just beside the water flow. Pleasant place to stay. Foods are freshly cooked and they serve with great hospitality.
