The hotel is conveniently located 850 meters from the SkyTrain. Breakfast is decent, and the front desk staff are friendly and offer airport shuttle services. There's also a small gym available. Definitely recommended!

I'm very satisfied with this hotel. The service was incredibly warm and friendly! Thank you! They provide a kettle for boiling water and a water dispenser for refills, which is very important to me! Chinese guests will appreciate this! The bed was soft and comfortable for sleeping. Wi-Fi was excellent. The surrounding area is quiet. The airport shuttle service is frequent, making transfers to and from the airport very convenient. Overall, this hotel is fantastic! I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The room was spacious and clean, and the location was convenient for transportation. Although the interior was a bit dated, it had many advantages. I recommend it. Facing the Fraser River, the view was pleasant. It was a pity that breakfast wasn't a buffet. Nearby, there's a Costco and a large Chinese supermarket called ”Fengying,” and for dining, there's ”Sea Harbour City.”

Service: Very professional, efficient and friendly. Check in process was quick. The guy who checked me in ensured I stayed on the same floor as my other family members who booked a different room. Valet service is a nice perk. However, it can take longer waiting for the car vs us going to the car park lot ourselves. Amenities: They have Dyson hairdryer which is a huge plus. Extra amenities are available upon request. Room: Room is as pictured. My room was on the 8th floor and I could see the Richmond night market from my room. Bed is a bit too soft to my liking. Pillows are a bit high and hard. Cleanliness: This is the only category where I wish I could rate zero. Most notably thing I noticed is there's dust on the hairdryer, I was fine with this. Until I got into bed, inspected all 4 of the pillows. Noticed on 2 of them, were a strand of hair (or eyelash?) And some dusts. This pretty much ruined my stay. I pushed these 2 pillows aside to the other side of the bed, after trying my best to attempt to ”clean” them in case I accidentally touched them... It was already past midnight when I got into the room to rest and in to the bed and found out about this. Didn't bother to call the front desk about it. Overall this hotel is great overall. Location is not far from the aberdeen mall as well with car. Service is outstanding. Wish they'd retrain their cleaning staffs though.

The building itself is old but the room is tidy, but has no toiletry supply at all so remember to BYO (not even slippers). I was carrying 3 big luggage and a young kid, but no one helped me with the luggage when I checked in, in fact there is only 1 staff at the lobby/concierge which probably explains it. No one had a smile on their face, from front desk to breakfast lounge, the only one who has a more friendly attitude is the chef in the breakfast lounge, but to be fair, no one was rude, just that you can’t say they welcome you to the hotel. So, no, I won’t recommend this place nor I will stay here again. You can probably get better service/facilities with Airbnb.

Unfortunately due to a medical emergency I was unable to make the trip from UK to Canada - I had to cancel flights, other hotels, car hire and excursions. I submitted medical documents and have been refunded for everything else even though these were ‘non flexible’ and ‘non refundable’. The Hampton Inn by Hilton Vancouver Airport/Richmond was the only booking not to consider a refund or even a credit note, even though medical document was submitted more than 48 hrs prior to check in time. This was the continued response from Trip.com: Your booking at Hampton Inn by Hilton Vancouver-Airport/Richmond cannot be cancelled free of charge. We have submitted a free cancellation request to the hotel on your behalf. Unfortunately, we have not received a timely response from the hotel, and your booking will remain as originally confirmed.

Had a great stay at Comfort Inn. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus with a good variety of options. Overall, excellent value for the price. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.l

Stayed at a hotel near the airport that offered a shuttle bus service. Just wait at the departure level on the 3rd floor of the airport, and the bus with the hotel name on it will pick you up. It's super convenient! The hotel itself was pretty clean, and there's a restaurant right downstairs. If you walk a bit to the left, you'll find a Yunnan restaurant – perfect for a late-night meal. It was great to land and grab some supper.

Pretty good! The location is unbeatable. Downstairs is Fong Tai Supermarket, and Costco isn't far away! Most importantly, it's close to Qiaozhen, which is a bus and subway hub! Choosing this place right after getting off the plane is definitely worth it.
