Richmond Hotels with Parking

The suite, located right in the city center, was unexpectedly quiet and comfortable. It had excellent natural light, and the space was bright and clean. The location is convenient for getting around, the amenities are complete, and communication was smooth. We felt relaxed and at ease during our stay. It’s an ideal accommodation for visiting Vancouver, and we would choose it again next time.

The location is a bit out of the way, making it suitable for self-driving travelers looking for a one-night stopover. It's a bit of a distance from the SkyTrain station and requires taking a bus; walking isn't recommended. Shopping nearby isn't convenient, as the large supermarket about 50 meters away is membership-only. The 7-Eleven at the gas station is an option, but it requires crossing a busy main road and walking for about ten minutes. The room was spacious, with strong but noisy air conditioning. The room amenities were quite basic. The fridge was empty but extremely loud, significantly disturbing sleep, and the room's soundproofing was just average. Breakfast was provided but very simple, almost negligible. Trip.com's customer service was excellent; they responded quickly to an issue I raised and promptly contacted the hotel to resolve it, which was fantastic.

I'm very satisfied with this hotel. The service was incredibly warm and friendly! Thank you! They provide a kettle for boiling water and a water dispenser for refills, which is very important to me! Chinese guests will appreciate this! The bed was soft and comfortable for sleeping. Wi-Fi was excellent. The surrounding area is quiet. The airport shuttle service is frequent, making transfers to and from the airport very convenient. Overall, this hotel is fantastic! I'll definitely stay here again next time.

This hotel is right next to the airport, and throughout Vancouver, the price of this hotel is very cost-effective. I stayed at the hotel for two nights, the first night was a suite, and the last night was a pharmaceutical suite, the area was very, very large. There is also a ** on the first floor of the hotel, you can enter if you want to register with a passport.

Service: Very professional, efficient and friendly. Check in process was quick. The guy who checked me in ensured I stayed on the same floor as my other family members who booked a different room. Valet service is a nice perk. However, it can take longer waiting for the car vs us going to the car park lot ourselves. Amenities: They have Dyson hairdryer which is a huge plus. Extra amenities are available upon request. Room: Room is as pictured. My room was on the 8th floor and I could see the Richmond night market from my room. Bed is a bit too soft to my liking. Pillows are a bit high and hard. Cleanliness: This is the only category where I wish I could rate zero. Most notably thing I noticed is there's dust on the hairdryer, I was fine with this. Until I got into bed, inspected all 4 of the pillows. Noticed on 2 of them, were a strand of hair (or eyelash?) And some dusts. This pretty much ruined my stay. I pushed these 2 pillows aside to the other side of the bed, after trying my best to attempt to ”clean” them in case I accidentally touched them... It was already past midnight when I got into the room to rest and in to the bed and found out about this. Didn't bother to call the front desk about it. Overall this hotel is great overall. Location is not far from the aberdeen mall as well with car. Service is outstanding. Wish they'd retrain their cleaning staffs though.

The place is amazingly close in everything. The room maintainly clean daily. The amenities are the pool and gym as I remember. The service are good as they accomodate anything you need especially if you need the basic things like toothbrush, toothpaste or microwave, you need to ask. I want to mention the window is not children friendly, i think it was so dangerous to open the window, there's no net and no free parking.

The room had a fridge and a microwave, which was super convenient! It was clean and tidy, and the little park behind the hotel was nice and quiet. I managed to catch the last shuttle bus, arriving at the hotel at midnight. Breakfast included fruit. I stayed for 6 days in total, and it was definitely the best value for money among the hotels in the area! Plus, there were USB charging ports!

The hotel is very close to the airport, and while it's not cheap, the convenience is worth the price. You can walk to the SkyTrain station in about ten minutes, making it easy to get anywhere. There's a free airport shuttle; just book it at the front desk when you check in. The breakfast is decent, but it's hard to compare it to what you'd find in China due to regional differences.

Stayed at a hotel near the airport that offered a shuttle bus service. Just wait at the departure level on the 3rd floor of the airport, and the bus with the hotel name on it will pick you up. It's super convenient! The hotel itself was pretty clean, and there's a restaurant right downstairs. If you walk a bit to the left, you'll find a Yunnan restaurant – perfect for a late-night meal. It was great to land and grab some supper.

For the price paid $378, it was really below average. Old style decor ,room small ， bed listed as Queen seems tight like double. The shuttle service & staff was a plus. There was very limited choice for breakfast. No eggs on the day we were there,which was ridiculous.
