The front desk service was very good and patient. The room was large with a wide view. It was cleaned very carefully. The room was very comfortable for two days. Location is walking distance to both home textile city and weigong market. Convenient if that's where you're heading. However, there is not much in the surrounding area at night for entertainment or food. There's a night market nearby but it was closed due to a public holiday. The room was almost perfect for us, big and comfortable. It comes with voice activated home assistant that can control the room lights and curtain, and even call the reception. However, the biggest issue for us is that there is zero mirror in the whole big room. It's an issue for girls who need to make up. The only mirror is in the bathroom, therefore only one person is able to make up at a time. I hope that the hotel will be able to add more mirrors in the room, it is such an easy thing to do, there is lots of space for that. Cleanliness was generally good. But the toilet paper given was not enough. Only a half roll of toilet paper was provided everyday, we have 3 pax. Hence, we need to request toilet paper every single day. Overall good experience, will stay again.

I have to give this hotel a thumbs up! The room was so clean it was a pleasant surprise; every nook and cranny was spotless, and the sheets and blankets were impeccably clean. The hygiene was impeccable. The bed was huge, and the stay was incredibly comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again! Everyone at the hotel was incredibly welcoming, making me feel very comfortable and the environment was fantastic. It's truly excellent value for the price! The only slight drawback is that the soundproofing is a little bit lacking, but overall it doesn't bother me at all.

There’s not much to say about Jinshi. Great location, everything is in walking distance, metro station is across the street. The rooms are always spotless, stuff always helpful. Sauna is a nice option, and the front desk, which has English speakers (life-saving) is always more than willing to assist with any issues. It’s my go-to hotel anytime I visit Nantong.
