GGuest UserThe hotel's service was excellent; any issues were handled promptly. The smart assistant (Xiaodu) was also very intelligent, and the facilities were quite complete, definitely worth the price. The air conditioning in the room worked really well, though it was a bit noisy. I hope that can be improved next time. The front desk staff were very attentive and would proactively ask if you needed anything, unlike some places where you can't even find anyone. The small details in the room were also a nice touch, like the bathtub liner and toilet sanitizing wipes. Just a small suggestion: it would be great to have an extra tissue box, as it was awkward having to reach all the way to the bedside to grab one! There's a free laundry room and gym on the 8th floor.

I would also like to thank Xiaorui from the hotel for being easy to communicate with and providing good service! This time, I booked a room for an elderly person, and specifically requested a pick-up service. It was a seamless connection. My mother was picked up less than 5 minutes after she got out of the station. She was sent directly to the hotel room, connected to the mobile WiFi, and sent to the station again the next morning. Such service is really heartwarming. My mother said that the hotel is very clean and has no odor. It also met my needs for booking a room at that time. After that, if I need to stay at Shenyang North Transfer Station, I must choose Yicheng Hotel. This time I was firmly locked in. The picture below was captured from the elderly’s video. It does not show the effect. Please forgive me! This is the first time in my life that I have written a review for a hotel so carefully. Because it helped my mother and saved me a lot of trouble, I must write it carefully. Such a good company, I wish you a prosperous business.

The brand-new property, adorned with lovely pastel tones, exuded a contemporary and fresh vibe that instantly lifted our spirits. Our room was spotlessly clean and wonderfully comfortable. The efficient layout maximized the space so well that it felt much larger than expected—a clever design that left us truly impressed. Despite the hotel’s prime location in the heart of the city, the room was blissfully quiet. One thoughtful feature we especially appreciated was the self-service laundry facility. The machines were top-notch, making it incredibly easy to freshen up our clothes mid-trip. The hotel location is what truly sets this hotel apart. Situated right on Zhongjie Pedestrian Street, we were steps away from all the action, with iconic attractions like Mukden Palace and Zhang Mansion just a short walk away. Evenings were a highlight for us—taking the escalator down from the hotel and immediately stepping into the vibrant street atmosphere was such a treat. This hotel offers incredible value for money, seamlessly combining comfort, convenience, and a prime location. It’s a gem we’d highly recommend to anyone visiting the area—we couldn’t have asked for more!

AAnonymous UserThis was my first time staying at a Conrad, and I chose it for my trip to Shenyang. The room wasn't huge, and the TV was a bit on the small side, but everything else was good. It was pretty quiet and the soundproofing was effective. The Executive Lounge didn't have a huge selection for afternoon tea, but the evening spread was quite generous. The staff were all quite proactive. Breakfast had a nice ambiance and the food was decent, though not the widest variety. The pool was on the smaller side and a bit crowded, and it seemed like there were non-guests taking lessons there.

Every surface, from the floors to the tabletops, was immaculately clean. The bedding was soft and fresh, and the pillows provided just the right amount of support. The bathroom was equally spotless, with modern fixtures and a well - maintained shower area. It was evident that the hotel staff took great pride in keeping the premises clean. However, the real standout feature of this hotel is its airport drop - off service. I had an early - morning flight, and I was dreading the hassle of finding transportation at such an ungodly hour. But thanks to Yunshangju's reliable drop - off service, I didn't have to worry about a thing. The service was prompt, and the driver was friendly and professional. They made sure I reached the airport in plenty of time for my flight, allowing me to start my journey with peace of mind. TTuzimenyaArrived at the hotel at 11 AM and was told I could check-in, but the room wasn't ready. They suggested I pick up the hot spring tickets first, go enjoy myself, and then come back for the room later. I could leave my luggage at the storage. I asked if they could bring my luggage to the room once it was cleaned, but they said no, I'd have to come back for it myself. Also, check-in was in a different building. Breakfast was in an even farther restaurant, about a five-minute walk. Inside the hot spring center, there's a large water park area with many children playing. Outdoors, there are several hot spring pools, and the famous 'iron pot stew yourself' (a playful name for a hot pot bath)! On the second floor, in the bathing and scrubbing area, there are several large hot tubs and even smaller 'water缸' (vat) pools, which are quite cute. Plenty of sofas to relax on, and they even thoughtfully provided spin dryers for swimsuits. There was complimentary fruit, but I didn't see any free drinking water. I waited an hour for a scrub; apparently, when it's busy, you might wait four or five hours. The auntie's scrubbing technique was excellent, but the massage beds were quite close together, supposedly because they added more beds due to high demand. The third floor has a children's play area and a dining area. There's no buffet; everything is à la carte, and the variety isn't extensive. However, there's a 'Instant Noodle Research Institute' open from 9 PM to 1 AM, which is quite interesting, featuring most brands you'd find on the market. The fourth floor has foot massages, and the fifth floor has guest rooms, but the elevator only goes to the fourth floor. To get to the guest rooms, you have to go back to the lobby, change clothes and shoes, and then take another elevator to the fifth floor. The guest rooms are a bit old and soundproofing is poor. But behind the hotel, there's a large ice and snow park with ice slides, snow slides, snowmobiles, snow bikes, and other activities suitable for both adults and children.

GGuest UserThe location was excellent, being right beside the Financial Centre metro station and in walking distance to the ShenYang North railway station. It is also easy to walk to the one of the biggest morning markets if you just follow the GaoDe Map. I also walked to the nearest museum as the roads are easy to walk. Highly recommend this place for the location and the affordable room rate. There are a lot of restaurants, mini-marts, fruit shops right below the house. There’s also a mall within walking distance. There’s even a small gym nearby if you really can’t do without gym. There are 3 halal restaurants within 5min walk distance from the apartment. The room I got was spacious and well designed in my opinion. The pillars are made into a full body mirror which came as a surprise to me. The room got all that I needed for my week-long stay. The Internet wasn’t stable enough for video calls. Bring some ear plugs cos the quality of the walls are really thin. Service from the owner was professional and really prompt. This is critical in this line of business. This owner’s apartments appear to be much more in demand. (I gave up on another apartment by another owner and came here instead. The other owner in another block was a complete disappointment. That’s why I was happy to have found such a professional owner.) Overall, can’t ask for more with this apartment at this rate. Definitely beyond my expectation. 👍
