We chose this hotel based on reviews but made a mistake. We prioritized the main feedback which mentioned peace and quiet, which was important to us. However, this place is near the port, so there was constant noise around the clock, though less at night. We'd wake up at 5 AM to the awful hum of boats. We stayed in cabin 17. If you still decide to stay here, I'd advise booking a cabin as far away from the port as possible. I have no complaints about the hotel itself; it offers good value for money. There's hot water, clean linen, a comfortable bed, and the air conditioning works well. There aren't enough bedside tables, but there isn't much space for them anyway. You can use the wardrobe for storage. Power outlets are scarce, as is often the case. The view is absolutely stunning, pure bliss. And be sure to bring mosquito repellent; there are a lot of them here.

The restaurant service is very fast, the food is delicious; many guests from neighboring hotels ate there. All amenities are nearby, the sea is a three-minute walk away, and there's a 7-11 nearby. Upon check-in, all our luggage was carried to our room on the second floor. All issues were resolved promptly, and housekeeping is provided daily!

Very chilled place. Nestled in a cove with lovely white sand beach. Rocky in some areas. A handful of bars. Not too busy. Lots of dogs on the beach. Might be a problem if you have kids that are scared of dogs. Breakfast nice. Hotel staff are very attentive. They arranged for someone to fix the A/C while we were there. Quiet. Location. Sounds of sea at night, which was very calming. Lovely location. Clean place with comfy beds. Not top end in terms of accommodation options, but certainly very pleasant and good value for money.

Not a bad place to spend a couple of nights. Easy to check in immediately upon arrival, and everything is close by. It's a budget-friendly option, inexpensive, with a convenient location so you don't have to haul your luggage far across the island. The air conditioning, fridge, kettle, and water heater all work perfectly. We rented a scooter right away and parked it nearby, using it to explore all the beaches. It's modest, but quite clean and quiet. The road noise wasn't an issue, and there was even an open balcony.

Stayed here because I heard amazing things about Koh samet The room was super cool and in a good area near the port and the beach The beach is so beautiful and I’d recommend to anyone. The hotel was a nice distance from the 7 eleven However 2 sneaky little geckos was spotted in the room and woke up with lots of bites did check out early but was also backpacking and was more of a chill vibe. Be warned there is an entry fee onto the island

The location is excellent, but it doesn't meet expectations for the price. When we visited in 2023, sun loungers were free, but now they charge 60 baht per person, I believe. The standard rooms are terrible – old, with no shelves or tables, so clothes just end up on the floor. The shower is bad, offering no comfort at all. The noise isolation is awful; every morning from 5:30 AM, a rooster crows non-stop right under the windows. Staff start making a lot of noise and working early in the morning, and then at night, someone was snoring incredibly loudly. For this price, you could definitely find a much more comfortable and convenient place to stay.

To be honest, I'd say it's pretty decent. The price is fair for the room, offering good value for money and no real complaints. The breakfast spread had a good variety. The hotel is located right by the beach. The island isn't very big, so I'd actually recommend renting a scooter no matter where you're staying. I would definitely choose this place again for my next visit.

This is a two-story house with 3 extra rooms. We booked it with friends and rented the whole place without even realizing it. The location is great, 5 minutes to the main beach, we liked it so much that the distant ones didn't even go. The ceilings are a bit low - but these are minor things, we checked in just to sleep. For that price, everything is very good!
