My Mandarin isn't great as I'm from the south, so I begged her to help me communicate with the delivery driver, and she enthusiastically sorted it out for me. On my departure day, I was supposed to go to Yanji, but a series of unfortunate events led to me being stranded halfway. It was snowing heavily, and I couldn't find a taxi anywhere, so I shamelessly contacted the concierge. They immediately sent a car to pick me up and take me to the high-speed train station. It was a lifesaver, and my appreciation for the hotel went way up! P.S. The driver who picked us up later told me that we could contact the front desk and concierge for anything, including private car hires and station transfers (apparently, the hotel vouches for these services). However, during my stay, neither the concierge nor the front desk ever tried to upsell me on anything (based on my personal experience, I'd say it's worth reaching out to them if you need help).

I especially loved their small breakfast rolls; they change daily – one day it's corn, milk, fruit, and eggs; the next day it's yogurt, bread, etc… They're all very clean and hygienic, and the packaging is well-suited to a wide range of tastes! The most thoughtful touch is that they deliver breakfast to our room every morning. Perfect for lazy people like me! The day before, they'll ask what time we're having breakfast the next morning and let us message them when we wake up – so considerate! As a coffee lover, I ask the owner for a free cup of coffee every morning ☕ – so relaxing! It made us feel right at home! This hotel have spacious service apartments, rooms are big, clean, hotel staff is always helpful. 10 min car ride from chang bai shan railway station. Issues I faced : there is a huge taxi shortage in the city during the peak tourist season, one days even i had to walk 3.3 kilometres in - 15 degrees temperatures to reach to downtown , DIDI and T3 service works here but taxi waiting is normally 40 min to 1 hour long. As a forigner the Hotel location was little odd for me and lots of precious time wasted in taxi waiting, breakfast location is 300 metres far from room, which was not convenient as me and family didn't want to walk in - 20 degree temperature to eat breakfast, I stayed 5 days, but only 2 days I dare to go for breakfast. For stay this place is so good, so clean, warm.
