GGuest UserFacilities: There is a swimming pool and a terrace. You can see the sea while sitting in a rocking chair. It is so comfortable!
Hygiene: As a severe mysophobia person, I am very satisfied with the hygiene of the hotel! The room is clean and tidy, and the bathtub is well cleaned, which is great~
Environment: Who can understand that the sea is just a short walk downstairs? Who can understand that you can see the sea directly from the room! Send a direct reply to a friend: Is this your room? ? ? !
Service: The housekeeper is very thoughtful. He provides electric cars and helps you ride up the slope. Hahahaha! The tear-chasing message will be sent as soon as possible, and if the location is wrong, I will help ask people in the group hahaha! I successfully cried the first time I came to Pingtan!
It was my first time to go out alone, and I succeeded in chasing tears the first time. I love it so much, I will come again next time❤️

Reasons for choosing: 1. Newly opened in 2024, with relatively new facilities.
2. Conveniently located within a 10-20 minute walk of Tianmeiao Beach.
Highlights:
- Brand new rooms, fully equipped with laundry and drying areas.
- Excellent value for money, with affordable prices.
- The hostess was friendly and welcoming, even offering a ride to the beach on her bicycle.
Tips:
The path leading to the B&B is the one in the last photo (near the small garbage station, flanked by wildflowers and grass). Mosquitoes are common in the evening, so please take precautions.

MmengmengheyayaWhen I was planning the trip, my father and I naively thought that one day was enough to visit Pingtan Island. So when we saw the rooms and environment of Ye Zai Shan Hai on the Internet, we decided to stay there. After a phone call and careful inquiry and communication with the owner, we realized that we had underestimated Pingtan. So we adjusted the check-in schedule in time to 3 nights. Sure enough, the trip was enjoyable and wonderful. The owner provided many travel tips and suggestions, including restaurants, which made my father very praise. Therefore, it is hard not to be moved by Ye Zai Shan Hai, with beautiful scenery, beautiful accommodation, thoughtfulness and care, enthusiasm and patience. Thank you very much and look forward to seeing you next time.

1. The B&B is located in the city. It is very convenient for traveling on the North and South Lines. It is also very close to Longwangtou. It takes a few minutes by bike to watch the sunrise.
2. Please see the photos and videos of the room👇. There is an oversized balcony in the room. The bedding and bathroom are of high quality and taste. After a tiring day, come back and take a bath. Then go to the balcony to enjoy the sea breeze and lie down on the soft and comfortable bed. , cozy✌🏻

I decided to come to Pingtan on the spur of the moment. I had barely made any strategies and was in a state of confusion. The beauty gave me a humanized tour route based on my itinerary 👍 and recommended a car rental shop (deliver the car directly to the B&B, the price is also cheap) , they were afraid that I would get sunburned and they lent me sun protection clothes before letting me go out (it saved my life😭otherwise I would have sunburned my hands in these three days, thank you very much🙏)
All in all, a very satisfying stay experience, recommended ✔️🉑, I will stay here again next time I come to Pingtan🎉🎉🎉👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

GGuest UserThe staff were extremely friendly and attentive, even before my arrival. They tried to contact me in advance, but as a foreign guest, I do not have a Chinese phone number. It would be more convenient if the hotel could ask for guests’ WeChat IDs through the Trip.com messenger instead. Upon arrival, the staff created a WeChat group and added me in, which turned out to be very helpful. Through the group, they assisted with all kinds of questions, such as recommended places to visit, how to rent an e-bike, and where to eat nearby. The responsiveness and service were excellent.
The room was awesome — very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and the view was fantastic. I also really loved the projector screen in the room, which allowed me to watch WeTV shows and other content. It made relaxing in the room even more enjoyable.
The hotel provides e-bike rentals, which is a great feature. However, I was personally under-geared for the weather. It rained the day before, and the entire day was cloudy with temperatures around 11°C. The sea breeze was very strong and cold, especially when riding the e-bike with the wind blowing directly at you. Proper winter gear is definitely needed in such conditions. If the hotel could provide glove and jacket rentals, that would be an amazing improvement.
In the evening, the staff even brought a small gift to the room. The gift was thoughtful and practical, and I really liked it — it was a warm and welcoming gesture that made the stay feel extra special.
Breakfast was okay. Guests are seated on Level 2, and the meal is served to the table. As I come from a place where some Chinese do not consume beef, it would be great if there were options such as chicken or beef. That said, the beef noodles were actually very good. The Western-style breakfast, however, was quite average.

The seafood food that can be served is fresh and delicious, rich in variety, and perfectly presents the unique charm of Pingtan. The inn is built on the sea, and each room can enjoy the invincible sea view, as if you are in a fairyland on earth. The hotel facilities are modern and complete, the room layout is very tasteful, and the details show human care. In particular, I would like to praise the service. Whether it is the booking, check-in or check-out process, the whole process is very warm. This stay experience exceeded my expectations and I really recommend it to all travelers.

GGuest UserI stayed with my baby for the second time. It is definitely the first choice for parents and children. The most spacious room in Guocai Village is very spacious. The terrace at the door is also a must. Going out is the beach. After the tide is low, you can catch the sea. The hotel can also provide tools to catch the sea. I also caught a lot of small crabs. The aunt at the hotel helped us wash and steamed it. The aunt was also very enthusiastic and responsive. The breakfast was also very rich. There were rice porridge soy milk and omelets. GGuest UserIt was a very satisfying experience. Although there was nothing to do as a result of Typhoon Shantol, the only activity was to climb to the top of the mountain observation deck with my parents, but we were almost blown away by the typhoon. But the B&B is really impeccable, the food is delicious, the rooms are great, and the service is beyond praise. If I have the chance to come to Pingtan again, I will undoubtedly choose his place first.

KkyyylaThe view from the window is really great. You can sit on the bed and watch the sunset. Unfortunately, it was cloudy these two days.
The B&B is located in Beiwang, between Jingsha and Changjiangao, which is just right for us. It is also close to the beach and you can go to the beach in less than ten minutes by riding an electric scooter.
The room was clean and consistent with the pictures provided. The boss is very nice and gave us a lot of travel suggestions. Pingtan beach is beautiful, the homestay is also beautiful, the boss has a cat, I will definitely come again next time:)
