DDaniel RodThe hotel is located fairly centrally in the island of Pingtan in a small village. Its exterior is nicely decorated with lights, and if you arrive late at night like we did, you’ll thank for that, as it shines like a beacon in a otherwise not very well lit street.
The service shone from the beginning. One of the staff was ready to help us with our luggage and show us in, and there was no delay with the registration of my passport (something that as any foreigner that has travelled in the Chinese Mainland will be able to tell, is not something to take for granted), and was immediately added to WeChat, where through the entire trip I was kept updated on everything relevant to us as guests, from the time breakfast was ready, to the fact that a guest with a dog was going to stay in a room next to ours (to which they offered to change if we needed in case any of us was scared or allergic to dogs). Breakfast was always kept warm for us, even when we were coming down late and were not expecting it to be there, and in general the staff’s attitude was always what you would expect in a bigger, more established (and more expensive) hotel, but with a home-stay twist.
The hotel is not very close to any scenic spot or touristic destination, but they offer a service of e-bike rental that we used through the trip, and that we’d recommend to anybody is staying here as it took transportation off the list of things we had to think about, and allowed us to fully take advantage of the central location of the inn. With 2 people per bike, going very far North, or South to the city (sometimes both in one trip), we never ran too close to empty our batteries.
The room was clean, big enough, and as we were staying on the last floor and our door opened to a patio, very well ventilated. The patio also proved to be a nice place to sit and chill or eat, and I was able to make work I had to finish feel less of a sore in the middle of my holidays. The only things I’d add or change to the room experience are a place to hang clothes (there wasn’t any closet or the sort), the toilet paper (they offered tissues but they don’t feel the same when you want to, you know, keep your hands clean), and real towels (they offer disposable towels, but they’re just not the same).
In conclusion, not only I would come back but I most certainly will, as I had an amazing trip and this inn played no small part in it. Would 100% recommend if you like less noisy, more home stay-ey atmosphere, and don’t mind to be a few minutes drive from the city.

The room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy; the bathroom has two sinks and the shower room is a bit small, but shower gel and shampoo are provided, which is very convenient.
The hostel sister is very gentle, lovely, cheerful and enthusiastic. She greets you when you come in and out, making you feel like a spring breeze!
A simple but delicious breakfast will be provided, free and not repeated!
There are many cats in the store, and they live a lazy and elegant life! There is also a super cute little dog named Bubbles! I hope his surgery goes well and he continues to be happy with everyone!
All in all, I highly recommend staying here!

AaknuyFirst of all, declare that this is not Toha! It is a sincere praise! I have traveled many times, and it is the first time I have met such a enthusiastic and attentive boss!
The B&B is close to the southern line attractions of Pingtan Island, very close to the ancient city of Haitan. There is also a beach within one kilometer nearby. The roof of the B&B can be seen 360 degrees to the nearby ancient city, village, beach and sea. You can also clearly see the sunrise and sunset when the weather is right, which perfectly saves a time to get up early to find the sunrise. The two dogs at the homestay are very well-behaved, and you can see the little goat next to it. The environment is very good!
The most important thing is the service of the boss and the proprietress, which is impeccable! Breakfast is included, fruit and tea can be eaten and drunk. Other merchants have more than one or two hundred small eDonkey rental services a day on holidays. The owner of this homestay directly rides us for free. You can save a lot of money for two days.
When I checked out, there were too many people who couldn't get a taxi. The boss also offered to go to the county to take us to the high-speed rail station by the way. Such intimate service is rarely seen!

GGuest UserThe B&B is located in Beigang Village. If you drive there, please contact the store and follow the store's instructions. You can park your car downstairs (three cars can be parked downstairs). You can also follow the instructions in the first half and park your car at the entrance of the village committee and walk from there. It only takes 4 minutes to go to the B&B. The store's service is very good, they take the initiative to pick up the luggage, and the travel guide they send is also very practical. The sea view depends on the weather. When the weather is good, the view outside the window is quite beautiful.

Reasons for choosing: 1. Newly opened in 2024, with relatively new facilities.
2. Conveniently located within a 10-20 minute walk of Tianmeiao Beach.
Highlights:
- Brand new rooms, fully equipped with laundry and drying areas.
- Excellent value for money, with affordable prices.
- The hostess was friendly and welcoming, even offering a ride to the beach on her bicycle.
Tips:
The path leading to the B&B is the one in the last photo (near the small garbage station, flanked by wildflowers and grass). Mosquitoes are common in the evening, so please take precautions.

The seafood food that can be served is fresh and delicious, rich in variety, and perfectly presents the unique charm of Pingtan. The inn is built on the sea, and each room can enjoy the invincible sea view, as if you are in a fairyland on earth. The hotel facilities are modern and complete, the room layout is very tasteful, and the details show human care. In particular, I would like to praise the service. Whether it is the booking, check-in or check-out process, the whole process is very warm. This stay experience exceeded my expectations and I really recommend it to all travelers.

Initially, we planned to stay for one night, however, we extended for another week.

GGuest UserI stayed with my baby for the second time. It is definitely the first choice for parents and children. The most spacious room in Guocai Village is very spacious. The terrace at the door is also a must. Going out is the beach. After the tide is low, you can catch the sea. The hotel can also provide tools to catch the sea. I also caught a lot of small crabs. The aunt at the hotel helped us wash and steamed it. The aunt was also very enthusiastic and responsive. The breakfast was also very rich. There were rice porridge soy milk and omelets. In short, I was very happy. I will come back next time. ～

Breakfast is not included. The room is not very big, but it is basically OK. The girl at the front desk and the lady boss are very enthusiastic. Overall, it can be improved. I may choose it again next time I have the opportunity. This seafood porridge is really delicious😋
