The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, and the room smelled delicious. All toiletries, including the bath towels, were disposable, so they were safe to use. Any needs were met, including a pick-up and drop-off service, and you could rent an electric scooter. When the owner picked us up at the station, he offered us milk tea after we'd missed our meals. During the May Day holiday, he gathered everyone for a barbecue and chat, and his hands were practically spitting out sparks from the skewers he was skewering. The only downside was being woken one morning by the sound of firecrackers outside. 😂

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bandao Resort Hotel (Longwangtou Beach Branch), and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The hotel’s location is a dream—offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. The facilities are top-notch, with well-maintained, modern rooms that strike a perfect balance between comfort and luxury. The amenities are pristine and thoughtfully designed to cater to every guest’s needs. What truly stood out to me, however, was the staff’s attentiveness. I’d like to extend a special shout-out to Miumiu, who went above and beyond to make my stay remarkable. She was incredibly helpful, addressing all my questions with patience and ensuring every detail was just right. Her dedication to guest satisfaction truly sets this hotel apart. If you’re looking for a relaxing retreat or a convenient base for exploring the area, the Bandao Resort Hotel is an excellent choice. I can’t wait to return and experience this slice of paradise again!

This was my first time bringing my child to Pingtan, and I absolutely recommend staying at the Guohui Hotel as a family-friendly option – it's fantastic! I found it online, and there were many genuine positive reviews on Ctrip. We were two women with two 3-year-olds. The family room was huge, and the kids loved it, especially the small tent 🏕️, the little horse, panda, and bear 🐻 they all wanted to play with. There's also a large bathtub, and the view from the 27th floor is amazing. The playground on the first floor and the large outdoor pool with a water park were big hits too.
I have to specifically mention the food: the rice noodles and regular noodles at the breakfast buffet were incredibly delicious 😋, especially if you add the meatballs – they were heavenly 😋! In the following days, none of the other places we ate at had meatballs as good as these. The kids loved the food too, and the cute bowls and plates were a nice touch. The hotel was very clean, and they were thoughtful enough to provide a child's toilet seat and installed two bed rails for us. The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from Tian'ao (South Line) and 30-50 minutes from the North Line by taxi. Since the north and south lines are quite far apart, choosing this hotel, as recommended by other netizens, was a brilliant decision. The food was excellent too. After enjoying the beach on the South Line, it was so comfortable to take a taxi back, wash up, and go to sleep.
The hotel's pick-up service was also fantastic 👍. Traveling with children and luggage can be exhausting, but the driver met us right at the one-stop station, and we had a comfortable ride in a 6-seater commercial van.
I didn't take many photos, so you can find pictures online. I just wanted to share my honest experience. We also booked a B&B in the North for the same trip, and it was more expensive but genuinely inferior to Guohui in terms of both food and accommodation. After all, one is by the sea and the other is in the county town, but everything was convenient for eating. Speaking of which, I have to roast 'Feipo Feizai Chichi' (a restaurant). They offer free hotpot bases if you post on Xiaohongshu – no wonder good marketing slogans are made that way! It was scorching hot inside, and we almost got heatstroke eating there because there was no air conditioning. It was like a big seafood market. The stir-fried dishes looked good in pictures, but they were nowhere near as tasty as the seaside stalls.

**Environment**: Facing the sea, with a warm and vibrant floral view.
**Service**: Everyone is enthusiastic, and shuttle service is available.

Mariia Reznikova🌊 A Fantastic Coastal Getaway with Top-Notch Service!
I highly recommend everyone to stay here and relax for at least a night or two. The hotel has a genuinely cool atmosphere, and the absolute highlight of our stay was the incredible staff. The service here is simply on another level—they are so attentive, welcoming, and ready to help with a smile!
The Vibe & A Few Quirks 😹
To be completely honest and a bit playful, the property is a little ”tired” and shows some wear and tear. The strong sea breeze has left its mark with some rust here and there. If I were the manager, I’d definitely grab a bucket of fresh paint and give the place a little makeover! Also, every now and then, you might catch a faint, mysterious scent that sits somewhere between ”stale water” and ”did a confident local stray cat just mark its territory here?” 🐈⬛ But honestly, you just laugh it off. It doesn't ruin the vibe and just becomes a funny part of the coastal experience.
Amenities & Dining ☕️
The hotel has some really lovely spaces to unwind. There is a cozy library where you can relax, a great kids' area which is super convenient for families, and a nice bar for the evenings. As for the breakfast, the buffet selection isn't huge, but don't let that disappoint you—everything they serve is fresh, high-quality, and genuinely delicious!
Bottom Line: Despite a few minor cosmetic quirks, it’s a wonderful place with a great soul. Embrace the coastal character, enjoy the amazing hospitality, and have a great time!
Also have a free photoshoot and tasty afternoon tea with waffles🫶🏼

Guest UserI came to Pingtan with my elderly parents and chose the Tianji Hotel. Its location is super convenient for getting around. The lovely lady at the front desk saw my parents and proactively upgraded our room. The room was clean, tidy, and had no strange odors, plus there were free snacks! The parking lot is on the ground level and has multiple charging stations, which was very convenient for charging our car. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit.

Guest UserThis hotel is the closest to Longwangtou Beach. My room was on the 16th floor with a fantastic sea view, perfect for watching the sunrise and then going back to sleep. The room was recently renovated this year, so it feels newer than the Jin Yong Ya Ge hotel, and the toilet and shower are separate. Getting in and out with a car was convenient as they registered my license plate. There are many food stalls along Longfeng East Road and Xihang Road nearby, which are lively at night. I recommend 'Wula Buhuan' (a spicy food stall) and 'Pingtan Haiwei' (a seafood stall). The downsides are that breakfast was quite average, not as good as Ya Ge's, and I don't recall seeing a gym.

It was a very satisfying experience. Although there was nothing to do as a result of Typhoon Shantol, the only activity was to climb to the top of the mountain observation deck with my parents, but we were almost blown away by the typhoon. But the B&B is really impeccable, the food is delicious, the rooms are great, and the service is beyond praise. If I have the chance to come to Pingtan again, I will undoubtedly choose his place first.

The off-season in Pingtan was fantastic! The owner was very helpful, contacting us in advance and keeping track of our arrival. Located in a secluded spot in the county town, they promptly greeted and guided us to our accommodation. The service was excellent. The inn was artistic and quiet, with very comfortable rooms, separate wet and dry areas, and good soundproofing. There were drinks at the reception on the first floor, and a terrace on the second floor where you could dry clothes and enjoy tea – so pleasant! My room near the stairs had poor WiFi, but they promptly offered to change rooms. The efficiency and service were excellent. Highly recommended!

Guest UserI was deeply impressed by Quexi B&B. First of all, the rooms in the B&B are warm and comfortable, with complete facilities, especially the comfort of the beds, which made me very satisfied. Secondly, the service of the B&B is also very thoughtful. The staff is friendly and can respond and solve my needs in a timely manner.
In general, Quexi B&B performs well in terms of geographical location, room facilities and service quality. Whether it is a short-term trip or a long-term residence, it is a highly recommended choice. I am very satisfied with this stay and look forward to coming back next time.
