The accommodation experience was very good, clean and hygienic. The front desk lady was so enthusiastic to see my bicycle's hard fortress and my two bottles of water before I went out for a stroll. You can see the sea view windmill from the balcony in front. But I still like the slope on the road to the hotel the most, which is too challenging. The video is the scenery of the B&B road book and the big roundabout slope. Don't mind if I upload two selfies.

Originally booked for two nights, because the sea breeze is too big, there is no way to go out, just Trip.com modified the order, stayed for one night emergency retreat. In the process of modifying the order, there are a little twists and turns. It is understandable that after all, in the off-season, the room cannot be rented out. Fortunately, it was solved successfully later.
The conditions of the homestay are average. The expectations should not be too high. In a village (see Figure 1), it is not very convenient to buy things and eat. Friends who want to come must prepare supplies. The wind is bigger at night. The village is still very dark. If there is no car, there is no courage to go out...
However, the boss's service attitude is still very good, summer should be good.

The B&B is on the mountainside. I got to experience a stone house and was especially glad to stay here, so I didn't have to run around to see the Blue Tears. The Blue Tears was on a beach 500 meters away from the B&B. It rained on the night we checked in. I was afraid it would be noisy, but it wasn't. I slept very comfortably. However, there are more mosquitoes on the mountain. If you are going to climb the mountain, I suggest that friends who come later bring their own mosquito repellent (there are no mosquitoes in the room). The scenery here is beautiful, not many people, and it is very comfortable to walk around. The weather was not good when we came, and it is not difficult to imagine how beautiful it will be when the weather is sunny!

The room is clean and tidy, and smells good. The sister in the store said it was foreign essential oils. Besides, it is very comfortable to sunbathe in the big yard. DDaniel RodThe hotel is located fairly centrally in the island of Pingtan in a small village. Its exterior is nicely decorated with lights, and if you arrive late at night like we did, you’ll thank for that, as it shines like a beacon in a otherwise not very well lit street.
The service shone from the beginning. One of the staff was ready to help us with our luggage and show us in, and there was no delay with the registration of my passport (something that as any foreigner that has travelled in the Chinese Mainland will be able to tell, is not something to take for granted), and was immediately added to WeChat, where through the entire trip I was kept updated on everything relevant to us as guests, from the time breakfast was ready, to the fact that a guest with a dog was going to stay in a room next to ours (to which they offered to change if we needed in case any of us was scared or allergic to dogs). Breakfast was always kept warm for us, even when we were coming down late and were not expecting it to be there, and in general the staff’s attitude was always what you would expect in a bigger, more established (and more expensive) hotel, but with a home-stay twist.
The hotel is not very close to any scenic spot or touristic destination, but they offer a service of e-bike rental that we used through the trip, and that we’d recommend to anybody is staying here as it took transportation off the list of things we had to think about, and allowed us to fully take advantage of the central location of the inn. With 2 people per bike, going very far North, or South to the city (sometimes both in one trip), we never ran too close to empty our batteries.
The room was clean, big enough, and as we were staying on the last floor and our door opened to a patio, very well ventilated. The patio also proved to be a nice place to sit and chill or eat, and I was able to make work I had to finish feel less of a sore in the middle of my holidays. The only things I’d add or change to the room experience are a place to hang clothes (there wasn’t any closet or the sort), the toilet paper (they offered tissues but they don’t feel the same when you want to, you know, keep your hands clean), and real towels (they offer disposable towels, but they’re just not the same).
In conclusion, not only I would come back but I most certainly will, as I had an amazing trip and this inn played no small part in it. Would 100% recommend if you like less noisy, more home stay-ey atmosphere, and don’t mind to be a few minutes drive from the city.

GGuest UserThe B&Bs in Pingtan are really in trouble. They are either the ones you renovate in your own home, or the second landlord simply pretends to be a cheat. The prices are extremely expensive, the hygiene is very poor, and the management is very poor. After changing two places to stay, I am speechless. I escaped from Pingtan for two days and then found this Treasure Inn in the middle of the night. I was very satisfied with my stay. It has a classic decoration and an elegant and comfortable environment. There is a washing machine room and a drying roof. When you go out, you can reach the streets of the ancient town. It is very convenient. We drove by ourselves and there is a direct connection to the inn. The elevator, in short, is very cost-effective compared to other B&Bs and hotels we searched for, and our group of friends are very satisfied!

The upgraded family room was super large, which surprised us. The service was excellent and the details were in place. The hotel has a great location and a large parking lot at the entrance of the hotel. It is convenient for travel among the surrounding high-rise buildings. One kilometer straight from the hotel exit is the Bay Park and Pingtan Citizen Square, and then there is the sea.

Although it is small, the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is also very good. What we can see is the trees in the garden, which is particularly artistic. If you book in advance, you can contact the store owner to ask about a larger room or a room with a better view. The one I know of that has the best view in a large room is the Black Swan 305. I wish everyone good luck in booking a satisfactory room.
2. Their B&B has several buildings. I stayed in Building 3 of Black Swan, which is a villa. It is really good. The lobby is spacious and has a table tennis table, a pool table, and a mahjong table. There is also an oversized dining table in the lobby on the first floor, which can be used for family gatherings with many people.
3. Hygiene: clean. The cleaning lady was very nice. We lost the original charger for our mobile phone and she was busy helping us find it. Thanks auntie.
