GGuest UserFrom the moment I inquired about the reservation over the phone, the butler actively introduced the local tourist routes. After arriving at the place, I was not disappointed. The scenery was great and the sanitary facilities were also nice👍! A small incident happened on the way. As the local electric vehicles are well developed, after chasing the blue tears that night, when we were still 1.9 kilometers away from the homestay, the electric vehicle ran out of power. I had no choice but to contact Zhang Guanjia at 12 o'clock in the night. Zhang Guanjia was very responsible and found a car to find us on the deserted roundabout road. Thank you very much🙏 for making me feel unprecedented safety. Thank you again for Zhang Guanjia's attentiveness to the guests, which made my travel during the May Day holiday feel more comfortable❤️

GGuest UserMy stay at Tianen Wutongshu Hotel during this trip was absolutely perfect! The hotel has a great location and is very convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and even provided complimentary white tea and lemon tea. The rooms were clean and tidy, with new and complete facilities, and the smart devices worked flawlessly. The breakfast was plentiful, and there was free parking. It was excellent value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserThe room is clean and large, the children like it very much, too sun or rain can play in the room for a while. The homestay is not far from the sea. It is a sea area that is not developed. It is very clean. On the first day of check-in, I caught a fish and some crabs by the seaside. There are fireflies nearby at night. It is also very convenient to chase tears. The village next to the homestay often has blue tears. Very close to Xianrenjing, get up at 7:30, have breakfast, there are not many people in the scenic spot, you can take the scenery you want.
It is worth mentioning that the boss is super good, and you will be answered by eating and playing, and there are cute big cats. There is a big mulberry tree next to the homestay, it seems to be a neighbor's house, now there are many mulberry, you can eat.

GGuest UserOutstanding service! Every team member we encountered was cheerful and went out of their way to be helpful. They suggested a dining place and showed us to get there. In the evening I asked if I could get some more candy, and a girl from reception brought me a whole bunch of their signature gummies and cookies! Their energy and eagerness to assist with anything we needed made a huge difference. We had an urgent change in our plan and the hotel staff helped us a lot.
The design is just amazing! Rooms are quiet, clean and artsy. We were enjoying every bit of it, every detail! And the location is nice as well. Everything was perfect!
The staff is a true highlight of the hotel! I wish this hotel prosperity and I hope many more people will enjoy their stays just as we did.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, situated halfway up a mountain with expansive views, including the Changjiang'ao windmill cluster. Unfortunately, due to overcast skies and rain, we missed the beautiful sunset, but the hazy, misty atmosphere was still lovely. It's also very close to Jingsha Beach and the stylish See Cafe, where I encountered a romantic piano performance, which greatly satisfied my girlish heart. The service was excellent; they contacted me in advance before check-in, providing travel guides and check-in tips in one go. They proactively carried my luggage to the room. I must mention that the air conditioning and electric blankets were turned on early, making the room warm and cozy – a welcome relief after a windy morning. Crucially, they also provided affordable lunches and dinners; the food was simple yet homely, which my parents appreciated. A big thank you to the customer service staff and the restaurant staff for their hard work! Note that I couldn't upload the room details due to a camera change, but it's basically the same as the one listed on Ctrip. This is for your reference.

GGuest UserI highly recommend this B&B! First, the value for money is incredible. A room like this is totally worth the price. The front desk lady was incredibly welcoming and patient with any questions I had. She also proactively reminded me of some important things to keep in mind, which was very thoughtful.
The breakfast was Chinese-style, with porridge, side dishes, and steamed buns—it was incredibly delicious and healthy.
The most amazing thing was the location! The beach is just a short walk away. In the morning, I enjoyed a stroll along the shore and the sea breeze, and in the evening, when the tide went out, I took my kids to the beach to dig in the sand and catch seafood. It was so relaxing (the B&B has tools you can borrow). The B&B also has its own swimming pool, and my kids had a blast playing there. They didn't want to leave, so it's a real treat for families with kids!

The accommodation with a view of the windmill was really nice, and it was spacious and comfortable, so I had a comfortable stay. The only regret was that the towels were disposable, which was a little inconvenient.
It was a Chinese holiday, so there were a lot of people, and the traffic control was severe, so it was difficult, but if you avoid the national holiday, it seems like it will be a very leisurely trip. I regret not seeing Blue Tears this time. I will visit again next time I have the chance. Thank you.

GGuest User1. There are many room types. If you book early, you will have more choices. I made a late reservation and only booked the large room for 3 nights. It was very comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a wide view, and a very large space. In the next few days, we can only book a small room. Although it is small, the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is also very good. What we can see is the trees in the garden, which is particularly artistic. If you book in advance, you can contact the store owner to ask about a larger room or a room with a better view. The one I know of that has the best view in a large room is the Black Swan 305. I wish everyone good luck in booking a satisfactory room.
2. Their B&B has several buildings. I stayed in Building 3 of Black Swan, which is a villa. It is really good. The lobby is spacious and has a table tennis table, a pool table, and a mahjong table. There is also an oversized dining table in the lobby on the first floor, which can be used for family gatherings with many people.
3. Hygiene: clean. The cleaning lady was very nice. We lost the original charger for our mobile phone and she was busy helping us find it. Thanks auntie.
4. Service: Very good. The store owner and a handsome young man are very nice and enthusiastic, and helped us coordinate the room.
5. The geographical location is not directly on the sea, so you need to drive to the seaside. The B&B is located in the county town, which is very convenient. It's very convenient to order takeout and take a taxi. It's also close to Pingtan Station. GGuest UserThe off-season in Pingtan was fantastic! The owner was very helpful, contacting us in advance and keeping track of our arrival. Located in a secluded spot in the county town, they promptly greeted and guided us to our accommodation. The service was excellent. The inn was artistic and quiet, with very comfortable rooms, separate wet and dry areas, and good soundproofing. There were drinks at the reception on the first floor, and a terrace on the second floor where you could dry clothes and enjoy tea – so pleasant! My room near the stairs had poor WiFi, but they promptly offered to change rooms. The efficiency and service were excellent. Highly recommended!

Although there was nothing to do as a result of Typhoon Shantol, the only activity was to climb to the top of the mountain observation deck with my parents, but we were almost blown away by the typhoon. But the B&B is really impeccable, the food is delicious, the rooms are great, and the service is beyond praise. If I have the chance to come to Pingtan again, I will undoubtedly choose his place first.
