"The overall stay experience exceeded expectations and must be five-star praise! The location is very convenient to travel, the surrounding dining and convenience stores are complete, and it is worry-free to take a taxi or walk. The room was clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept for one night. The hot water in the bathroom is fast, the toiletries are complete, and the details are in place. The front desk service is warm and polite, the check-in and check-out efficiency is high, and the response to problems is timely. The sound insulation effect is good, the rest is very quiet at night, the price is very high, I will choose this next time, I recommend it to everyone!"

"🌊 Great Service and Beach Location, But a Few Things to Know! We had a mixed but overall good experience here, mostly thanks to the wonderful staff. The Positives & The Room ✨ The service here is genuinely good! We originally booked a standard Twin room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a Family room. The upgraded room was absolutely awesome—very big, comfortable, and perfectly clean. Even though the hotel building itself feels a little bit old and dated, the spacious room really made up for it. Location & Beach 🏖️ The hotel is located right by the sea, which is beautiful. There are a few cafes right on the beach, though keep in mind their menus are quite limited. Also, unless you are visiting during the peak hot summer season, you won't be able to swim in the ocean because of the weather. The Downsides: Pool & Noise 🚧 Since we couldn't swim in the sea, we were hoping to use the pool, but unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed. I highly recommend contacting the hotel to check if the pool is operating before you book! The biggest issue during our stay, however, was the noise. There was active construction going on, and they were constantly fixing the roof next door. It was quite noisy and definitely disrupted the peaceful beach vibe. Bottom Line: A great beachfront location with excellent service and spacious rooms, but definitely double-check the pool and construction status before your trip! "I booked a family room on the 8th floor, but the elevator only goes to the 7th floor, so I had to carry my luggage up one flight of stairs. The room was listed as 40 square meters, but half of that was actually balcony space, so the room itself wasn't very big. The balcony only had a door, no windows that could be opened, so ventilation was only possible by opening the door. The room had a strong odor, which improved the next day, probably left by the previous guest. The shower stall only had half a glass partition, so shower water splashed into the bathroom, and my slippers got soaked. Despite being advertised as part of the Jinjiang Group, it felt like a privately owned hotel. The hotel provided children's toothbrushes and slippers, and there was a crushed spider on the sole of one of the slippers. Considering the low price, I just wiped it off myself. On the third day, I moved to a room on the 6th floor. The layout was more open, but there was a hole in the ceiling, and the bathroom floor and walls were covered in hair. I accidentally got a small bloodstain the size of a 10-cent coin on myself during my period. I informed them, and they compensated me 30 yuan. These days, bloodstains aren't difficult to clean, and the area wasn't large; it's usually considered normal wear and tear for a hotel, so asking for compensation was a bit unpleasant. Aside from that, the service was okay, and the front desk provided free bottled water. The location is about 2km from the beach, which isn't a short walk, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby."

"I came to Pingtan with my elderly parents and chose the Tianji Hotel. Its location is super convenient for getting around. The lovely lady at the front desk saw my parents and proactively upgraded our room. The room was clean, tidy, and had no strange odors, plus there were free snacks! The parking lot is on the ground level and has multiple charging stations, which was very convenient for charging our car. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit."

"The small bus that entered the door was especially attractive to children. I saw passengers saying that the sheets in the room were not clean and I was worried. After communicating with the front desk lady, I didn't write off, so I took us up to see the room. We opened two different room types, not on the same floor, free to help us upgrade the room type, changed to the same floor. We went during the Spring Festival. Every room also sent sweets and melon seeds. It was very humane. The overall facilities were perfect. The room was clean and tidy. It was relatively small. There was a conditioner. I also helped to get the children’s toothbrush. The bathroom was a little bit smelly. The hot water use time was 15 minutes in a row. But the mattress is very comfortable, the young lady at the front desk has a good service attitude, and overall the price is quite high. There is a place to eat downstairs, very convenient Then there is more than 200 room rates for the Spring Festival. It is really cost-effective. Although there is no breakfast, the Shaxian at the intersection downstairs is really good!"
