I had a great experience, from check in to check out, Front desk agents were super helpful, and I have to give a special mention to Sanook! who was so nice!. My garden room was clean and I could sleep very well. Also, they even help you with your bags to the ferry I did not try the restaurant so I can not comment on it. Being centrally located you have a wide range of options to eat and drink. Overall a Great experience :)

Location and pool was good. However no sleep until 2am due to live music extremely loud in the bars. Would probably stay further away from centre next time. Bed was ok pretty hard. Nice view of jungle

Do not eat at restaurant !! We got the 5000 baht meal that included two drinks , salad and about 5 different fish . Lobster was over cooked ... calamari were like rubber and sea bass sub par . So disappointed on this meal. Hotel was ok . I was mortified to use the toilet because it did not flush correctly asked the staff twice to fix snd never did . So I was always going bathroom outside of the hotel in case I had to do more than just urinate . Every time you take key out of door it turns off all electricity so takes awhile to cool down and you could not charge any electric devices . Pros comfy bed clean room and good free breakfast .

We had an absolutely amazing time at this place. The hotel is amazing, pool area stunning. The hotel is a 4/5 min walk from tonsai pier so when we arrived we walked up to the hotel with our suitcases without a problem. The whole village is very busy and has a lot of places to stay, we decided to give a go to this hotel even knowing he had only 3.5 on trip advisor (we usually only stay in places with 4 and above). I am glad we did. We stay from the 31st of dec for 4 nights and honestly I regret not having stayed a bit longer. The hotel is very close to everything in town really. we spent the NYE on dalum beach bars which was about a 10min walk through the village and there is a bar very very close to the hotel (literally 1min walk to the left when going out of the resort), Carlito's bar, which we absolutely loved and went there for 2 nights. They have live music and an amazing fire show on the beach from 9.30pm. If you want to go there go grab your table before 9pm. The breakfast the best but can't forget that we're in Asia and they obviously won't have majority of the staff we would like in breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

This is our second stay at the hotel. We got the deluxe room this time and I think the room we had last time superior was nicer (even though superior is cheaper). We had to request changing rooms because there was a water leak behind the walls and it was creating mould which stunk, you could see it everywhere and the room felt damp; you could almost taste it. The staff did change our room which was an improvement but it still did not feel clean. Staff are not friendly at all, they will never smile or greet you; but this is a lot of Phi Phi compared to the rest of Thailand. Another thing I noticed this stay was since ********* is legalised in Thailand Phi Phi is over run with the stench of people smoking it everywhere! You can’t even eat a meal without someone lighting up near by. The barman at the pool was even smoking it while working. I also saw a police officer smoking a joint.

Central hotel, nice rooms, beds are hard and you need to leave a deposit of 500BHT in case you lose your key card but the smell from the bathroom is utterly disgusting, even with the door closed and the toilet lid down, it was unbearable. We were on the ground floor (room 606) and I felt sick every time I went into the room, it’s not good for your health having to smell savage, this island is too small for the number of people on it. Phi Phi is not representative of the beautiful islands Thailand has to offer, it’s just a low class over developed tourist dump that smells. If you have to come here, come out of season.

An unique quiet spot close to the center The rooms are very clean and beauty (air conditioning is good and silent), the service is good and kind. The pool is clean and big enough for all the guests in the hotel. One of the great things about this hotel is the spot. It is pretty close from the pier and the city center, where are all the good restaurants and bars, but at the same time it's located in a quiet place where you will not hear the noise from the parties. Negative points: most of the rooms have view to another rooms (around 5 meters of distance) that creates a feeling of 0 privacy. You will need to have your curtains closed all the time.
