Staffs cannot manage the reservations. Customers were waiting for room to be ready to check-in more than half an hour. They are a bit confusing, which is side views for.
Cleanliness, this is very important to remove hairs from the wall inside the bathroom and restroom. There is a dirt stain in the bedroom as well.
The hotel is very new with a good location, connecting to Central Ayutthaya and eaasy to enter into the city. Parking lots has not opened yet, we would like to park at Central.

Everything is great about Centara Ayuthaya. I have come to Ayuthaya many times but this is the first hotel so near to the mall. It gives much needed convenience for food and shopping. The room is good too. The only thing that need to rectify is the shower water. It gets too hot and then cold, the control is not working. Overall still a good stay.

The hotel is very new and eco-friendly. However, the door is quite hard to open for female and elderly due to energy-preserve function of the door.

There is no toothbrush in the room, so you need to get it from the front desk in advance. The hotel room is large, the service is good, the breakfast is rich, the variety of fruits is right, and there is ice cream. The view from the rooftop swimming pool is great. It is very convenient for business trips. There is a small shopping mall next to it for eating and shopping.

Went to Ayutthaya for the 3rd time, went without a plan. I opened the app and saw the newly opened Centara, so I went to make a reservation. Because normally I really like the facilities here. Entering the hotel is very clean, smells good, and the staff are friendly. The room was very cute. Want to go again if there is a chance

The location is next to the central, parking in the basement of the mall, lots of parking and convenient, lobby check in, little waiting area. There are coffee shops crowding the space. The rooms are clean, fully equipped, breakfast is of a very good standard, well organized.
Fitness is very serious. Complete basic equipment, cool air conditioning
The swimming pool is a bit small. and cannot play in the evening A lot of people come to eat at the rooftop bar.
