The customer service exceeded our expectations. They really thought of every little detail! The entire resort staff were friendly, personal and helpful. This was truly the best customer service I have ever experienced and I have traveled a lot! I highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

All of the staff are so kind. great. There is no better place than here to be quiet. thank you It's not far from the city, and it's really nice with a really clear and nice beach.

Phu Quoc was supposed to rain, but miraculously it was cloudy and sometimes sunny. I'm grateful that it didn't rain lol.
It's been a long time since Chensi, but it's stable as usual.
Aside from the many meals and mosquitoes, this is a resort where you can spend a quiet time. There are not many Vietnamese people in the image that there are always many Westerners.

We were very pleased with everything from the moment we entered the hotel until we left. We didn't even want to leave :) The staff is always smiling, friendly and very helpful. The room is very clean and comfortable. The restaurant is very delicious for breakfast lunch and dinner. Wait for us Chen Sea, we will definitely come back. Many thanks to the entire Chen Sea team for this relaxing and wonderful holiday.

Thank you to the hotel for our wonderful stay. Very good breakfast and restaurant in general. Also wonderful staff who really care about the guests and help with everything. It was very pleasant to receive a fruit basket every day, as well as chocolate with Vietnamese fairy tales left on the bed every evening.

This is a hidden gem in Vietnam. If you like a small scale, exquisite resort with super friendly staff, water that feels like a bath, a great massage and really wonderful cabins, go there! We loved it here! Even after 10 days we were dad to leave

This resort was just perfect in our eyes, so quiet and peaceful. The grounds were immaculate and beautiful. The whole of the staff were so kind and helpful. The food here was very high quality and we especially liked having dinner in 3 different locations during our stay, on the patio, beach and jetty. thank you so much to all the staff for our wonderful stay, keep doing what your doing,

We had a fabulous stay here. So lucky to have our room upgraded to a Jacuzzi room - what a treat. The staff were friendly and helpful and we loved how Long the waiter always knew the exact time without ever wearing a watch. The food was excellent. And sitting watching the sunset on the beach side was the perfect place for a sundowner
