I want to tell you about our trip to a beautiful island, and it was expected that everything would be fine judging by the reviews and videos. Why this particular Mövenpick hotel, because it is a 5-star and it was also written that they have a shuttle from/to the airport/hotel. After booking the hotel, I also wrote another message to hotel that our plane arrives at 3 o'clock so that the hotel staff would be aware and send a shuttle for us. However, after arriving at the airport we hardly found a representative of the hotel (he himself had to wait for us and find us) and he told us the shuttle was here at three o'clock, but he already left, says, and the next one will be at 5 o'clock said. We had to order a taxi ourselves and take it to the hotel.
It's time to check out and at 12 o'clock we go down to the reception. At the reception, the rest of the deposit was returned to us. By the way, about the deposit. Upon arrival at the hotel, the stuff told us that we needed to make a deposit total 9 million dong VND. We didn't have any VND, we had dollars and they said that we could use dollars. But when we gave the dollars, they told us that you had old-style dollars and they counted us at a very low exchange rate. So after handing over the keys and returning the rest of the deposit, we were told to sit here on the couch near the reception, the shuttle will come for you at two o'clock. We sat until 2 o'clock, no one came up to us and the shuttle did not arrive. We sat for another three minutes after that, I went up to the staff, asked about the shuttle, then the employee called someone and he said that the shuttle was here at 2 o'clock but you were not here and he left without you. How could he leave if he didn't come at all, since we were sitting near the reception and saw who came and went, the shuttle didn't come at all....
We liked everything in the general hotel, the location is very good, the food is delicious, the beach area is good and the pool, however, this attitude towards customers from employees and such deception is not very pleasant, so the rating is 3. I think if the hotel is 5-star, everything should be at the highest level.
