Strategically excellent location, at the crossroads. Gorgeous beach on the Sea 5-7 minutes walk, many small shops, cafes, free bus stop nearby.
Very friendly staff. Breakfasts are normal, no frills, but quite good.
There is a cafe that makes excellent pizza and tom yum. In the evenings there is live music, very soulful.
The pool is clean, not very big.
Although the hotel is at the crossroads, near the bungalow it is quiet as in the forest.
I highly recommend it. There is nothing nearby for this money with such comfort.

All 3-4* hotels in autumn are clean and nice, choose any nearby. I was surprised how good the breakfasts are, there is a hot omelet everywhere. For this price, perfect. The hotel is being renovated and the new complex and new houses, the second new pool looks fresh. The wooden houses are already a little tired and there is a smell of dampness. But the cleanliness is perfect. There is even a kitchen in every house. You can cook seafood from the market. Convenient for a family with children. Wonderful hotel and staff. I would also add bicycles, it is very convenient to explore the area nearby. The sea is nearby, 5 minutes along the road without cars. On the left is the excellent BAMBOO beach.

Pros:
- peace and quite, nice hotel environment for relaxation.
- Pleasant staff, even when we check out, a staff comes to our room door to help us grab our baggage to the reception counter.
- Spacious room, toilet and bath room (both shower and bath tube available).
- 2-king sized beds, great!
- Free airport transfer, better email the hotel directly to make your request at least one day in advance.
- It’s a small scaled resort, but reasonable varieties of choices in breakfast.

Cons:
- the resort is located in a very remote area, like inside a village. Many taxi drivers not sure the location, so many times they lose their ways to the hotel.
- Actually, not recommend for 1-2 girls to book this hotel, its remoteness is really a big concern, both day time and night time!
- I feel scared in the toilet and shower area, because they install something like mosquito net only in window areas. That means I can see through outside, vice versa. I wonder I may see some eyes starring at me when I shower at night…. Scary!
- Their hot water tap takes over 15 mins for heating, wasting lot of water to wait for shower…
- Eco-friendly hotel, they provide plastic reusable sandals, so better bring your own sandals if needed

We stayed at this hotel in October. Which is considered off-season. So we were absolutely alone in the hotel. Despite the fact that we booked a room in advance, no one was waiting for us there. When we arrived at 10 pm, we were very scared: it was dark on the territory, no one was there, we found the reception - everything was dusty. As a result, we walked around the territory, found slippers near one of the houses, knocked. An employee came out and accepted us. We had to wait about 20 minutes, since the room was prepared in front of us. Therefore, advice: if you are traveling off-season - contact the staff through their local social network, so that they will definitely wait for you there.
Since they did not expect us, then in the morning we were disappointed at breakfast. Photo with rice and ”sausage”. By the next day, we were given a choice from all the options on the menu. But tomorrow was still not impressive.
The staff at the hotel is not very good, but the administrator is very nice, kind and speaks excellent English. Thank you very much, she helped us a lot)

A huge plus: a gorgeous beach two minutes from the hotel. Very clean, since the beach belongs to a luxury hotel. Minus: sun loungers there are paid.
The hotel has a very cool swimming pool and many palm trees, beautiful. There are several very good cafes within a 10-minute walk. Delicious. When you get to the road, you will find a stop with free buses around the island. Overall, a good hotel. I think that in the season, when there are people there, we would not have encountered many minuses, and our experience would have been much more successful.

The room itself is great, big, huge bed, new bed linen, towels, balcony with chairs and table, comfortable bath. There is hot water. At night from the bath smelled of sewage, so close the door to the bath. Pool, sun loungers, room everything is good, they give two bottles of water every day for 0.33, 5 liters of water can be bought at the hotel for 30,000, in the shops nearby the same price. Breakfasts are bad, there is nothing special to eat, not tasty, fruits and vegetables are hardly washed. The beach is terrible, you go out and there are stones, there is a small area without stones, go left towards the mermaid. From the bus stop to the hotel walk about 15 minutes, the road is flat, it is easy to roll a suitcase. Nearby cafes are expensive, the cheapest cafe where the bus stop is on the side if you go to Grandworld.

On the last day of our evening flight, the hotel took the initiative to let us delay until three o'clock check-out, and after check-out, let us sit at the beach bar and pick up the car to pick us up. On the first day of stay, the door was damaged, the toilet board was separated, and the air conditioner could not be started, resulting in the need for staff help many times. You can make an appointment to pick up the airport. The service attitude was good. It happened that there were only two guests at the appointment time. Even if we were late, the driver turned back to pick us up and took us back to the hotel. On the way, he kept recommending local specialty restaurants and interesting attractions to us. The attitude was very good.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel, which is around 10 years old, is located on a very narrow sandy beach and the adjacent swimming pool is completely overcrowded with loungers. Relaxation looks different, absolutely no privacy and children screaming and jumping into the water. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet restaurant is also completely overcrowded. This 5-star hotel can only be recommended to a limited extent. Apart from the bedroom and the spa area, this hotel definitely offers no opportunity for rest and relaxation. The friendly staff speaks and understands English very poorly. The hotel would be well advised to either take in far fewer guests or to carry out major expansion work. The price-performance ratio is only satisfactory.

JJacquelinI really enjoyed our stay here. The pool is right beside the beach and there’s a lot of sun chairs with umbrellas/palm trees for shade. There’s a beach bar and we spent so much time just lounging down here. The breakfast was really good, not too much but lots of variety. Housekeeping and reception were great. Above the hotel on the main drag is a lot of local restaurants and shops that we ate at. We rented motorcycles for 150,000/day and cruised the island. I was impressed how the reception treated us with more trust than other places I’ve stayed at. Only downside, which isn’t the hotel’s fault, is the ocean water isn’t super clean. Very murky and has some algae that sting, but that’s everywhere in Phu Quoc I think. Sunsets were great 😊

GGuest UserLocated at the southernmost tip of Phu Quoc Island, you will need to spend a lot of time to explore other destinations.
I think it would be okay if you only travel to the southern part of Phu Quoc Island.
Because the resort is large, having to wait to get on the buggy was a bit inconvenient. (It is an unavoidable part.)
My child hurt his leg because the entrance to the swimming pool included in the villa was not clearly visible.
It would be nice if something could be done to ensure that the stairs are clearly distinguished.
The beach and sunset view from the pool was very nice.

We everyday took free bus from hotel and went to Grand World. Strongly recommend to families spend your precious time in this hotel

SShalsWe booked a 2 bedroom unit and it comes with a dining area, living area, 2 bathrooms and even a kitchen space ( no cutleries tho). Unit was also well equipped with a coffee machine. Breakfast was great and had a lot of variety and staff were also polite and attentive. There was even a small Christmas party while we were there and all guests were invited to join the mini buffet. In room dining was expensive but there wasn't a need to really order from them as there is a night market opposite the hotel which has very good food options. The best part was the pool area - massive pool and it leads you to the sea! It's a private beach and really a good view ! I will definitely be coming back to this hotel if I head to Phu Quoc again !

We had some issues with cleanliness upon arrival, some got our room upgraded (we got a 2-bedroom apartment for one night, before the room we booked originally was cleaned up). And that apartment was gorgeous: spacious and clean.

RRachelLove the balcony and pool facing room, a convenience store just opposite. Great location and the daily lively family gathering that welcomes every evening. It’s a perfect family party hotel. Staff are very corteous and friendly. Great location and within walking distance to Grand World. Enjoyed my daily evening walk back to the hotel, amused by the street choir and Christmas disco. The only feedback I would have is on the food quality of the restaurant could be improve. Will be back for sure!

GGuest UserFor the first night I booked a single standard room. The room is spacious and clean, but the bed was TERRIBLE. Im travelling for 6 months and this bed was in the worst condition I ever had. You literally sleep on the spirals. I went to the reception to say something about it. She replied to me: many people sleep in this room but they don't complain like you. Giving me the feeling im sort of a diva. Overall not a really friendly receptioniste.I felt burdened asking her a question. I asked to rent a motorbike with a phone holder (because I need this for Google Maps, otherwise I get lost 😅). Hotel charges you 150.000 VND. Five minutes later a motorbike without phone holder arrived. Again I was given the look of complaining once I said I really want a motorbike with phone holder.
I went to a rental place just 6 minutes away from the resort. Super friendly guy, good motorbikes (with phone holders) and only charge you 120.000 VND.
My second night I got offered a nice room next to the swimmingpool. The matrass was not as bad as the first one, but VERY hard. Havent had a good sleep since my arrival at the resort. The beds really are a problem here, too bad, because the resort itself is nice! Good value for the money.
In terms of the swimmingpool. Its a nice and clean swimmingpool, but Vietnamese family swimming and making noises till late. Since my room was next to the swimmingpool, very disturbing there is no one in the resort taking care of this.
Overall: nice resort, good location, clean, but noisy around the swimmingpool (if you have some bad luck with the guests like I did) and terrible beds. I changed my stay since I want to catch some sleep so Im able to explore the island!

GGuest UserThe resort has alot of potential with an exclusive beach, swimming pool and eloquent rooms (some with great views). Breakfasts are great. The manager was good and takes pride in the resort, however when he was not around in the afternoons and evenings service was rare and hard to find. You have to actively go look for restaurant staff to place an order or pay. The restaurant could be alot more profitable if staff actively removed plates and asked clients if they could get them anything e.g dessert, drinks. They charge a service fee, but with little service.
It advertises a gym, but equipment is in disrepair, they should not advertise facilities which are not functional.
There is not much around the resort in terms of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also not an easy location to get to, but yet we found the reception unhelpful in getting transport.
All in all the resort could be great, but service needs to be improved.
