Guest UserI had a very comfortable stay here. The room was clean, new, and looked like it had just been built; the furnishings were also in excellent condition. Although the space wasn't huge, the layout was well-planned, making it comfortable to stay in. The villa is located near the entertainment area, which made getting around very convenient for my family, especially with young children. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic, providing quick and cheerful assistance from check-in through to any inquiries we had. What I appreciated most was their friendly service—it didn't feel robotic or impersonal. Overall, this is a great choice if you're looking for a new, clean room in a convenient location.

HellykittyWe stayed at this hotel for our vacation and had both positive and negative experiences.
Pros
* The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They assisted us with every question we had and always tried their best to help.
* The hotel’s taxi service was surprisingly cheaper than both Grab and Xanh, which was a huge advantage.
* The location is great if you want to explore Sunset Town, as most attractions are within walking distance.
* It was a nice surprise that the room included two toothbrushes, two small tubes of toothpaste, a comb, and a hairdryer.
Cons
* We saw several cockroaches around the hotel, especially in the hallways, near the elevators (inside the gaps), and in the lobby. Fortunately, we didn’t see any inside our room.
* There was human or animal feces left in the lobby, which caused a very unpleasant smell that remained for several days.
* When we arrived, our room was not properly cleaned. We had to clean it ourselves before feeling comfortable.
* No toilet paper was provided upon check-in, so we had to buy our own. We also had to purchase dishwashing detergent ourselves.
* Housekeeping only comes about once a week, but on different days each week, making it impossible to know when they will arrive. They also enter the room without prior notice by simply opening the door. There is no “Do Not Disturb” sign system. On one occasion, I wanted to decline the cleaning service, but due to the language barrier, it took some time to explain this to the housekeeper.
* There was ongoing construction nearby, and the noise was extremely loud, making it difficult to relax.
Final Thoughts
The excellent reception staff, affordable taxi service, and convenient location were definite highlights of our stay. However, the cleanliness issues, lack of basic supplies at check-in, unexpected housekeeping visits, cockroaches in the common areas, unpleasant smell in the lobby, and constant construction noise significantly affected our overall experience.

Abeel MadniWe had an amazing stay at Sea La View. The private villa was beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally clean, with a stunning sea view that made our stay truly memorable. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, cafés, and local attractions, yet peaceful and relaxing. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Everything was well maintained, and the service exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious getaway, and we would definitely stay here again.

Guest UserThis was my first time on Phu Quoc Island and I booked several hotels based solely on reviews. This was my third stay, and I decided to stay another 14 days because I love a quiet, relaxing, home-like vacation. There are two beaches nearby: Khem (a one-hour walk) and Sao Beach (a 30-minute walk). For me, it's a walk away, as I love walking a lot. Alternatively, there are motorbikes and bicycles. There are supermarkets nearby, as well as a market where you can find all kinds of vegetables, fruits, fresh meat (pork, beef, and seafood), and the prices are much lower than in the island center. There are also plenty of inexpensive street cafes. You can cook a traditional home-cooked meal in the hotel kitchen, as all the ingredients are readily available. The administrator, Kha, and his sister are always happy to help and advise.

A good hotel close to all the attractions of Sunset Town, cleaned well, very comfortable bed and pillows, breakfast in the neighboring building not so good, either scrambled eggs or pho in a small plate, legs overall the hotel is not bad, can be considered for staying in the city of sunsets

Stayed for 7 nights, and overall everything was fine. The owner was always available on WhatsApp, and cleaning and towel changes were done upon request. We were given a slightly different room than what we booked, but it was actually better – in a quiet location not far from the water taxi and a park. The only downside is that there are ants, so don't leave food or sweets on the table; we stored everything in the fridge. The beach is about 1 km from the hotel, which we walked, but you could also take a tuk-tuk.

The amenities are good, but everything around is shabby. My moto room is on the second floor, and it was a little scary climbing the swaying stairs. The sunrises there are gorgeous. There are several restaurants nearby with a rustic vibe. I was there for two days, and that was enough for me. Overall, it's a nice place with its own charm. There's no beach, but there's a pier where you can meditate. There aren't many swimming spots around, and the shores are littered. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The experience was spoiled by some crazy woman who barged into my room at 5:12 on the day of checkout, at my perfectly legal time.

Много путешествую.
Good hotel, not far from the center, with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. It's a bit far from the main road though, so a motorbike would be handy.

It's really good for the price.
I made a reservation for a short break for flight time, and the room was also clean and cool.
It is a walking distance from Duong Dong Night Market.
The staff are friendly and recommended for those looking for a cheap place to stay.

I read reviews that said it's total crap...no, I disagree. The hotel is clean, the rooms are very large and clean. The hallway and stairs are all clean. The bed linens are clean, the pillows are comfortable. There's a pool, and the water is clean.
Cons: the windows where they haven't been cleaned are barely open. The fan is covered in dust, the shower didn't drain, and there was always water on the floor. And of course, the location is great, only by bike! Taking a taxi would be expensive, as there's no other transportation.
