There are so many good things about this resort, but it lets itself down with some of the bad things that are so easily fixable Firstly it is good value for money. We were there for two weeks over the new year and met a few guests who had moved there from other, more expensive accommodation which they told us some real horror stories about. To get air conditioning, a pool and hot water at this price is very good. We were concerned when we first checked in as the staff didn’t appear very friendly, and when we got to our room we found the shower was broken and only giving cold water. The staff said they couldn’t do anything until maintenance were in the following morning. To their credit, by the time we had returned from breakfast the next morning the shower unit had been replaced and we had hot water again. I went and thanked them at reception for sorting it out, and from that moment on they seemed a lot friendlier. The cleaner was a lovely lady who did an excellent job of cleaning our room every day. However the room did have a stain on the wall from the bathroom where there had been an issue with damp. Other than that the room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning that wasn’t the quietest I’ve had, but certainly wasn’t as loud as some others. Despite being on the main road the rooms were nice and quiet (other than when the bloke in the local mosque starts shouting his stuff 5 times a day), and the pool area was quieter than expected too. It’s about 5 minutes to walk to the beach, and there are bars and restaurants very close indeed. For me, what let this place down was the maintenance around the pool. In the two weeks we were there we didn’t see anyone cleaning the pool. It gradually got dirtier and dirtier until, with two days of our stay left, we went and had a word at reception about it. They said that the filter was broken but it was still safe to use, but we decided to give it a miss as you could now see an oily film floating on the surface and couldn’t see the bottom. Sadly it wasn’t fixed before we left. As well as this, the furniture around the pool is in a terrible state. Most of the parasols were ripped or had holes in, the sun beds that weren’t broken were filthy dirty and there were broken tiles in and around the pool. This could be a lovely area to relax and recover in, and if it were maintained properly would probably have earned the resort five stars from me, but the lack of effort in maintaining it really let this place down Overall though, if you want decent, low budget accommodation I think you could do a lot worse than here, and if they sort out the pool issues you’d probably struggle to find better

My family and I stayed in 3 bed apartment with kitchen on 6th floor. It's small budget hotel with very great location and spacious clean simple rooms. Hotel owner and front desk staff was very cooperative especially Mr. Sami and Abdul. They helped us a lot in doing grocery, laundry and also arranged guided tours. Too bad, the restaurant on site was closed so we went to have a delicious dinner of local halal food at Siam Thai restaurant also owned by the same owner. Would definitely stay here if ever visited Phuket again.

If you're only staying in Phuket a couple of days, this hotel is satisfactory. It's quite close to the beach and shopping if you need to buy anything. There are two important things to note: 1) There is a 1,000 Baht deposit you have to pay upon check in. You get the deposit back when you check out. 2) The address/name on the site does not take you to the hotel. The hotel is the ICheck Inn Chill Patong and the address is 18 / 1Rat-u-thit ,200 pee road, kathu, Phuket, 83150, Thailand.

I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is amaaaazing. It’s located in a quiet area and it is 5 mins away from patong beach. The neighborhood has whatever needed all within 5 mins walk. The room was spacious, clean and comfy. The soundproofing is excellent. While inside, it’s like separated totally from the outside. Can’t hear no rain and no street cars. Staff were so helpful. I should mention the bell guy abdhakim (Dul) (attached phot), he was so helpful. He made my trip much much better. He even helped plan my trip, booking my tours, giving best suggestions. Other staff were extremely helpful and always greeting with a smile. Ameen ( other bell guy) and Ameey (receptionist) were amazing as well. The pool is great. Not too deep, but very good to sit and relax. I would rate my stay here 10/10. And would be my first choice if ever coming back here again. I would suggest for everyone coming to here

The rooms and beds are spacious, the facilities are very new, and the apartment environment is very clean. The disadvantage is that there is a gap in the bathroom window and there is a risk of mobile phone stealing (boys don't mind it doesn't matter), the shower water flow is not big enough, and the room will have a old taste after closing the window for a long time. The room I lived in also had a balcony, the boss's service attitude was also very good, I could go to the beach soon after going out, and there was a cheap fruit stall at the intersection downstairs. I was very satisfied overall.

We booked ETK for 5 nights and our stay was pretty smooth This was our first time in Thailand. Service staff was friendly and room cleaning was there for everyday. If you wouldn’t like to use the room cleaning everyday, you can put the tag on the door or else they will do the cleaning everyday. There was bit of smelly condition after using the washroom. Maybe something that they need to check into but apart from that room was great and pretty spacious. Everything is nearby, location was pretty convenience. you can find food places, 7/11 right after you stepped out from the hotel. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

It's a beautiful resort hotel. The rooms are clean, toiletries, towels and bath towels are all available. The hotel environment is very green. The boss and his wife are very enthusiastic and thoughtful. The proprietress Dalian girl is very cheerful♥️ The little orange cat Yuanbao is so cute🐈 The breakfast is also delicious, freshly made, hot and refreshing☕️ 🍛🥗. Booked for four days. This comfortable environment is not because there is no holiday. I really want to stay for a month. It is so comfortable~
